I lost one of my center diamonds in my wedding ring so I took it here to get an estimate to replace it. The lady whom helped me said it would take a couple of days for the jeweler to look at and call me with a quote. I dropped it off on Saturday and she called me on Thursday and gave me a quote of $645.00. She told me it would be the same size/cut as my other three diamonds in my ring and that it would be ready to pick up on that Saturday (2 days later). I was out of town that weekend so I called her on Monday to make sure my ring was ready to pick up. She told me that she would call the jeweler as it wasnt there and she would call me back. She called me back and said that the diamond that the vendor sent the jeweler was too big and didnt look right with the other diamonds. She said he ordered a smaller one that would look right with the other 3 diamonds and it would be a couple of more days. She called me a couple of days later saying my ring was ready and looked beautiful. I asked the total due (as I assumed they quoted me for the bigger diamond that they didnt end up using) and she stated it was the same price. I asked why it wasnt cheaper as they didnt use the bigger diamond they had originally quoted me on and she stated she would have to call the jeweler and call me back. She called me back and stated that it was the same price due to the fact the vendor sent the jeweler a bigger diamond then he had ordered. Im sorry but I do not feel a vendor would make a mistake of sending a bigger diamond then ordered. My husband picked up my ring and brought it home. Of course it looked shiny and scratch free like a brand new ring however I immediately noticed the diamond that they replaced was not the same as the other three! It is not the same size or cut! It is actually smaller then my other diamonds and you can actually see underneath it as you cant with my other diamonds! I am very very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.

I had a fine experience while in the store getting my wedding ring and my husbands. We spent and consistently spent quite a bit of money at this location. However, they will tell you anything to get your business! They have cost me $950!! Im furious! They dont care because they have already gotten their money. BEWARE of their tactics...they are not interested in a long term relationship! I will not be doing business here any longer and will tell everyone I know to stay away

The worst experiance i have ever had. Do not buy here!! Bought a ring for engagement she had it for 31 days and it tarnished. Went to return it and they have yet to refynd my money. The woman stated " Irs floating around in the system, its not sure whose card it belongs too." The best thing you can do is avoid this company. Rip-off!!

Terrible people! They told me over the phone that the ring can be sized the same day. I drove an hour out and they refused at the store. Go to Kay Jewelers across from them instead.
