I have been a customer for years. Have purchased multiple pieces and every experience is wonderful. They build long lasting relationships and follow up to ensure your needs and expectations are met every time. Melissa searched for months trying to find me the right diamonds to fit my desires and never gave up till we got the right match. She also drew up a few options for me to reset some jewelry and have been very pleased with her ideas. I recommend Shannons to everyone and to ask for Melissa. Only place I shop for jewelry. You get high end pieces even one of a kinds, amazing consignment pieces and feel like you get that small family business feeling having that long term relationship.

I usually dont post reviews but I wanted to let people know about this wonderful jewelry store. I live in Austin and was looking for a watch my husband wanted. (Last minute shopping). Shannon Jewelry answered my phone call early that morning. Located the exact watch. They took several pictures of the watch on their wrists so I could tell the size and how it looked. They also located a different band he wanted, black leather instead of silver. Going above and beyond they wrapped the gift in a beautiful box and Fed-X it to my house in 24 hours from my original phone call.

I was referred to Shannon Fine Jewelry by a good friend when I was frustrated trying to get two watches sized and the places I went said they did not have the tools to size them properly. I walked into Shannon jewelry, where I was greeted by the wonderful and charming Melissa! My husband and I went to Shannons to find the perfect engagement ring. We met with Melissa and she made us feel like we were the most important client she had and genuinely wanted us to find the perfect ring. Well she did just that!!!!!!
