My name is Mia Foster and I know the managers know me well at the woodlands mall store since I have been begging to get my bracelet back. I dropped it off to have the charms put on and I admit I forgot to pick it up for a long time. They never bothered to call to say it was ready or to even remind me to pick it up. I had alot of personal issues at the time and one simple call would have jogged my memory. So here I am. I couldnt find my claim ticket at first so they basically said they didnt have to help me. The manager, Brittney, gave me a lecture on how we have to do our part by having our claim ticket. I DONT CALL THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DEMEANING THE CUSTOMER. Now that I have my claim ticket, they still wont help. The other manager, Desmond, told me I basically forfeited my bracelet by leaving it for over 60 days and they really dont even have to help me. I have called the home office several times whom say that the woodlands store has a certain procedure they have to follow. The bracelet isnt at the repair shop or the home office (where it was supposedly sent when I didnt pick up). They said the Woodlands Store (Brittney/desmond) would have to contact me but they never did. It is obvious to me that they do not plan on doing anything and sounds like they want people to forget about their jewerly so it can go missing. Hmmm.. The sad part is that my husband and me have been loyal customers for over 20 years. I would give a 0 rating but ended up giving 1 star due the one saleperson whom actually tried to help us-Shawn Jackson (he should be the manager). I dont recommend this store but recommend not forgetting about your jewerly or u will never see it again. We did pay for that jewerly.

Very Very unhappy with Ever Us ring. After 7 months of not continuous use of the ring, one of the diamonds fell off. I took it to fix and was informed that it wasnt on warranty anymore. I didnt know that I have to take the ring every 6 months for inspections. Ok, I let the ring at the store to get an estimative of the cost. After 2 weeks, I got a call back and asked to go ahead and fix it. I waited for another call to let me know when the ring was fixed. After several weeks I called the store back and the ring was there already. Nobody called me back. When I went to pick it up at the store, I was informed that they sent an email. I never got the email. They sent it to a wrong email address. The people at the store was not very nice at all, and they didnt even ask the right email to correct it on the system. Very, very disappointed. Plus, if I have to check my ring every six months, of course that it is not a reliable ring. And they dont tell you that youll loose the warranty if you dont check your ring!

Make sure Brett helps you when shopping for rings, necklaces, earrings, or anything. He is an excellent salesman, and makes shopping and buying rings a fun experience. He made sure we received the sale price, and the special deals on our items. Five stars because of him. And the rings are beautiful.

Worst customer service ever.... They never know when you get your jewelry inspected for there warranty. Wish there was another store closer to my home so that I could stop going here.
