I had my ring custom made here, Andrew was the maker. I am suprised at how well he was able to understand EXACTLY what I wanted down to the millimeter! I am so in love with my ring, people stop me all the time and tell me how amazing and unique my ring is. I give all the credit to Andrew at BB&B. I was very particular and he was very patient. Amad and Rebecca were very helpful throughout the process. We searched all over Houston and this place was the most comfortable and inviting. The prices are great as well.

I have used Bailey Banks for at least 10 years. I have an amazing sales woman, Rebecca Telle, that has worked above and beyond to help me get a wonderful inventory of jewelry. Not only has she helped me build the inventory she has worked with my existing pieces and recommended slight changes that has upgraded and made those pieces fit in with todays styles. Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a competent client oriented jewelry store!!

BB&B has been our preferred jewelry store for decades. I have not been in the store for many years but was greeted with the same care as if I were a more regular shopper. The service Ken provided was top rate, even though it was almost closing time. He took the time to explain both the piece I was looking at as well as the process for fixing an engagement ring band. Ive been shopping at BB&B since the late 1990s and have also used them for repairs. Ive dealt primarily with Rebecca Telle in recent years, but Ive found all the staff to be helpful & knowledgeable. I think the store has a good selection of jewelry at all price points. In particular, they have a large collection of Lagos & Penny Preville-two favorite brands of mine.
