Id recommend not shopping at this particular Zales outlet. My husband and I purchased wedding bands and were pretty satisfied with the price and selection. The problems occurred when we returned to get the rings sized. Our first salesman was extremely helpful and took the time to explain/answer questions. Unfortunately, he wasnt there this time and instead we had to deal with the rudest saleswoman ever! First she said we couldnt get our rings sized even though we had purchased the extra warranty and were already aware of the price for the sizing. She then asked us "who told you that the rings could be sized? The white guy?" I was shocked. When we told her yes he was white and we had our receipts and we should be in their system, she then checked and said, "ok they can be sized." WTF?!! We returned today to pick up the re-sized rings and she was there and still rude as ever. Even argued that she never called to tell us the rings were ready. Again, she looked and found the completed ring. This didnt stop her arguing though as she continued about she didnt call and wanted to know why we were there. My husband took out his phone and showed her their number and even called the number that had called him. Then and only then did she say " ok yeah I called." Im not sure what her issue is but she doesnt have to worry about us spending another cent at this store.

I had an incredible experience at this Zales Outlet. I came in with a clear budget in mind and was worried my sales lady would be pushy to increase her sale. But she was anything but. She respected my time and money and I couldnt be any happier with the out come. If you are Looking for a wonderful experience Id highly suggest shopping with April. She knows her stuff. She made the whole experience feel like a breeze. Good job!

Very Frustrating to get repairs done. I was quoted one price, dropped off something to get fixed, quoted a second price, then called with a third price. It just kept going up, meanwhile they were not communicating in a timely manner. I will not return.
