I never write reviews good or bad, but after my expereince with Nick and Tooele Valley Motorsports I need to write this. My family has owned ATVs and UTVs going on 17 years now. We have never purchased from the same dealer because it always seemed that once they sold you your machine, they no longer cared. I would get the cold shoulder trying to get warranty work and other services done on my machines. There was no loyalty from them towards us, so we were never loyal in trying to go back. This is what brought us to Tooele for out next purchase. We live 10 minutes from our local Kawasaki dealer in Provo, but never got the impression they really cared to have us as repeat customers. I called out to TVM and asked them about a new Teryx 4 and they said they had one and would make us the best deal. They had space to test drive the machine we wanted and everyone was extremely nice. We dealt with Nick for the better part of two hours and just assumed he was a knowledgeable salesman, but eventually found out he was the owner. He never acted like he was better than us and we never got the cold shoulder feeling from him. They were extremely busy while we were there and I am sure he had a mountain of stuff to get done after getting through with us but he never made us feel rushed and made sure we had all our questions answered. When we decided to purchase a new Teryx from him we had an issue with our trailer and were not able to pick it up but Nick made arrangements to have our new machine trailered down to our house in Provo. That is service!!!! They are new and still getting their feet under them but the amount of professionalism and customer service we experienced on our visits out there made us want to come back for all future purchases. I truly hope they keep up the customer service for years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

To all those considering Tooele Valley you will never be disappointed. I cannot commend and Thank the staff enough for how they continue to treat me, my family and my friends. The no pressure, family environment they created and continue to uphold is top tier! Not only the service but they make sure they sell quality products! I am in sales myself and I idolize the dedication to customer service they have! If I had the opportunity to work with these quality individuals I would do it in a heartbeat. That says quite a bit! Again and I cannot state enough how amazing every experience I personally have had and the referrals I have sent ALWAYS say the same. They have gained a customer for life (sorry guys :D ). I wish they sold more products so I could go more frequently just for the experience! Bring in some Charmin Ultra so I can start buying it Nick! Again You will never regret the decision to choose TVM for ALL your recreational vehicle needs! THANKS GUYS!!!!

Tooele Valley Motorsports has earned my off-road toy needs. When I bought my first Cam Am I didnt have a lot of brand experience, now having 2 machines I know I made the right decision in going with Nick and his dealership. Ive had service and accessories done from a couple other dealerships because of distance from where I live and I know I get the best service, prices, and knowledge base from TVM. Each time I come in for what ever I need, I always get treated like one of the family. Thats very important to me and as a business owner myself as I try to always give my best in my dealings with my customers.

We bought a very nice used trailer a year ago we went on two trips when we can home the second time I noticed that the batters wher dead and would not take a charge I remember that when we bought it Marshall told us that the batters wher brand new so call them up and asked for Marshall was ther he was not I asked if they could have him call me back one year later I have not got a call so I have two worthless batters so if you buy a used trailer from them it would be smart not take they word on eneny thing .that say ONE VERY DISSATISFIED COUMSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strongly recommend, friendly staff that know what customer service is, and how to treat people. Great experience for me and my family, I came in last year and was greeted by the owner and even though we were just looking, the way we were treated is why we came back this year to buy our new can-am. Marshall helped us out and always called us back when he said he would. Even though we came out from salt lake I would definitely do it again

Nick and the guys here are STUDS. HANDS DOWN number one BRP dealer IN THE STATE. Bought my new 2017 850 summit through these guys and they didnt disappoint. Had my sled together and ready before I expected. They always return my calls and are exceeding my expectations. I recommend all my family and friends to these guys because they simply know how to deal with people and treat them right. This business is really going places.

I recently bought a toy hauler from these guys. It was a great experience and I got a great price. After buying it, the sales representative (Marshall) told me to call his cell if I had any questions. I have called him several times and he always answers no matter what time and has answered all of my questions. This is excellent service that you just dont see everyday. Im so glad I bought from Tooele Valley Motorsports.

Prices on KSL looked great, but inventory levels were piss poor. In my opinion, overall services was VERY mediocre, and sales persons knowledge level of the machines wasnt high enough to help me make up my mind. Ended up heading to Steadmans, were services wasnt much better, but at least they had a strong knowledge of their machines, and plenty of inventory to take care of my needs.

Bought a new motorcycle from Nick. He was easy to work with and gave a great deal. The guys in the service department went over everything with me including proper adjusment and settings on the new air suspension. Nate in the parts department has always been super helpful on getting me parts for both my KX and Side by Side.

Awesome selection of toys....great staff....very friendly atmosphere....I would keep going back to upgrade my toys!!!!!! Nick Child was way too awesome very knowledgeable definitely would recommend him to whoever is looking in the market for awesome outdoor recreational vehicles and sleepers!!!!!!
