Was not impressed. They have an OK selection, though for being a Rawlings dealer they didnt have a good selection of Rawlings pants. Their prices were also a bit on the high side. However the customer service was fair at best. When I asked about a certain type of Rawlings pant, the salesman said they didnt have them. So I asked where or who may have them. He decided that instead of trying to fit me into a pair of similar softball pants they might have in stock or helping me find a store that might have pants which could fit me, he would instead keep talking to me while walking away back to the register (they were not busy at all). I considered that to be very rude and unprofessional. Would not shop here again.

We have been using them for custom baseball jerseys for years, and they are the best in Arizona. They handle everything from embroidery to sublimation, and their options, prices and selection are great. Customer service is excellent. They also carry a good variety of baseball gear, especially gloves, at fair prices. Highly recommended.

Everyone here is fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions. They have a great selection of merchandise and if they dont have it they will get it. I always like to support local business but Cleats has earned my repeat business. Wont go anywhere else.

Great place, just dont understand their need to pre-break in their top of the line gloves (A-2000/ A2Ks) Was shopping for a new glove and most of them felt USED when trying them on for the first time. Ended up buying from one of the big chain stores.
