I use to love this store until I met up with the store manager Derrick. First off they allow employees to put shoes in the back (not fair). Went to buy Jordan 5s for son next day of sale and all six pair were gone. Have been back weekly and suddenly a pair shows up before fathers day. I ask if I can buy and get difference of 20% the next day. Mind you I missed 30% off because the employees hide pairs in back of store. The manager, Derrick, said no. Mind you I have always done this, every retailer in USA allows you to take advantage of sale, or return an re-buy at the discounted price. He told me that if I return on the sale day that he would not allow me to re-purchase at discounted price! How do you forbid a customer from buying product you dont personally own? He is an unprofessional idiot who started yelling at me in the store. I had to calm down, realize that Im arguing with this person who has zero customer service skill set over shoes. I requested the DM information and he refused to give me that name too. I have since called Nike Corp to complain who have put this under investigation. It a shame that Nike employs a manager who represents them horribly. Avoid Derrick at all costs is my advice to you.

Terrible customer service no skills no experience in customer service wow I was a customer for more than 10 years and Not no more a cashier by the name ALICIA is soo an professional that not now about customer service and a Manager by the name of Mike Hasi he is terrible no ethnic they would be argue in front of all the customers in a long line and all about a simple exchange of size and $10.00 dollars defense from a price from 6 days . Wow never going back with people like that.

Being a business owner customer service is very important to me! While shopping at the Nike outlet store in Anthem, we met Derrick a sales associate who answered all of our questions and provided exceptional service. He was kind and knowledgeable. Im so impressed and wish I could hire him at our store in Utah! Great job Nike and Derrick!

Management is terrible and needs ethics and compliance training you do not argue with customers about bad products that need to be exchanged very poor customer service didnt even check the merchandise that was asked to be exchanged and kept my merchandise by the garbage and this reflects badly on Nike

Awesome Deals no matter what anyone says. I walked in told the sale rep what I was looking for and he brought out exactly what I wanted. Sneakers retailed for $101 purchased for $58+ Tax. I am love with my new kicks. Will be returning.

Very limited selection overall. They have the worst line of shoes for sale. And service isnt all that great. Better off going to the Nike store in Westgate. Or even better, the one in Scottsdale.
