I just spoke with 2 different people (Meggie and Sally) for help with their tees and both were bored, rude, and had no knowledge of the products in the store. They couldnt answer the simplest of questions and made it clear that customer service was not a concern for them. Such rudeness is what puts stores out of business. I have shopped at Universal for over 10 years; but no more; not if this is the kind of employee they are hiring to service the public. Be careful, times are a changin and stores are a closin!

I worked at Universal for close to, if not, 6 months and the biggest take away I got is how important costumer service is. I did not experience this at all when I recently went in. A particular staff member was rude, bored and not really any help. Other than that I know the store is one of the best for finding what you need... I would hate to see the store lose its good reputation because of staff.
