Awful! Bait and switch tactics used by this company! I ordered a bag in a specific color and instead of notifying me that that color was not available, they shipped a different color. When I emailed the company, the rep stated there were not any of the color I ordered available. Then why was I allowed to order it? Bait and switch is an age old tactic used to sell merchandise. I needed this in a timely manner, so I could get it embroidered and I would have had enough time to find other options had I only been given the opportunity to. When I tried in vain to get this point across to the customer service rep, I was given a $5 refund. My inconvenience was worth at the very least 25%.

Ordered a lettermans jacket months ago. I waited for over 6 weeks, the longest said it would take. I finally called them and they told me it was ready. Excited, I brought it home to find that none of the patches Id ordered had been sewn on. It was a completely blank Jacket. I brought the jacket back and they assured me that theyd hurry and finish it. Now its been a total of two and a half months and they still havent done anything with it. This far from a reliable business, do not use them if you can avoid. Ive had a truly awful experience with them.

We usually shop at their Orem store. Have never had a bad in-store experience and they typically have my kids soccer cleat sizes. No experience with other sports beyond soccer, but have a good selection in-house and my kids always seem to find what they want. They also have a great discount section with last years styles, etc. showing what sizes they have in each discounted shoe. Keeps you from having to guess if they have your size in stock. No experience with their online shopping, but in-store is great!

I went into scoreboard to buy a pair nike indoor shoes and when I wanted to ask for a pair of shoes in a size 10 I didnt know how to because no employee has anything on them that says they work there and once I finally got am employee to bring me a pair of shoes it was a Adidas shoe in a size 11 and they said thats all we have why would I wasnt a sore that isnt the brand or size that I want scoreboard should think about the people theyre hiring

The worst service ever! I ordered 2 shirts online and waited for 2 weeks for nothing, no shipping, no email confirmation! Until I called, I received in 3 days, but only 1 shirt! They did not send the orther one at all. Since that keep calling hundreds times either nobody answered or transfered to a number that nobody pick it up. Left plenty message never got call back. Nerve buy anything from them again!

Excellent customer service!! I had an issue with a shipment of an item I ordered, and Megan responded quickly via email and I also spoke with her on the phone as well. She was very professional and courteous and resolved my issue promptly. I would recommend this store!

To be fair, its almost all soccer stuff, or soccer-related. But, they do jerseys and kit for local teams and clubs, like Forza F.C. Their prices are really good, though, and the service that my wife and I had when looking for new footy boots was excellent.

Best place in Utah to find all the best soccer, wrestling, and volleyball equipment and apparel. I havent seen any other store have this good a selection of soccer cleats and of such high quality.

Just about the stupidest phone system I have found in retail – 2nd only to the US post office I was not able to get any help on the phone or on line.

Employees are cheerful and helpful. They were good with my young boys, who were buying soccer gear. They even had decals for DFC (my boys team).
