After buying a pair of new KDs at shiekks with their amazing service I expected the same from champs but no, I walked in no greeting, there was a group of young adults by a section and no one was helping them I had to get one of the workers attention to get my shoes, then when I checked out the same group was talking and flirting with the cashier (56 African American) once they finally left I put my shoes on the counter she didnt ask if anyone helped me or how I was doing just priced it, at the end I didnt have 52 cents so she called someone from the back...this part PISSED me off "hey do you have any change in the back? this KID doesnt have 52 cents" im 17 years old...im not a kid im disappointed I didnt ask to see the manager due to me being in a hurry so my experience was frustrating and disappointing

Went in today with my daughter to buy her a pair of shoes for school, and my daughter ask a young lady for a size 6 kids and the young lady went to the back and came back with a box for other customers but didnt come back with the pair we asked for at all. After that my daughter asked another worker there and he went to the back and just never came back. We waited for about 10 min with no one coming back at all. We left the store and just went to footlocker. Champs usually is really great but after todays service Im not sure anymore.

Terrible. They told me I couldnt return a shoe because they could tell they were worn because the bottom of one shoe was dirty but only shoe was dirty. If I wore the shoes dont those geniuses think both shoes would be dirty? Terrible staff will not be returning. Lost brain cells in there
