These guys rock!!! Took me about two weeks of back-and-forth to finally pull the trigger on the blind snowboarding package for men. During that time, the online chat folks were very helpful and not pushy in the least. When I finally ordered the package, I indicated size 9 boots. Then, upon consideration, I thought that perhaps it would be safer to go with 10, so contacted the store and asked if it would be possible to change. They said no problem and updated both boots and bindings (even though the website indicated there were no large bindings at the time available with the package). However, same day I happened to be near a store and decided to try some snow boots, just for measure, and found that size 9 actually fitted me perfectly. So I contacted LevelNineSports again, this time asking to switch back to 9, and the guys again accommodated my request no problem. Now comes the best part, when I placed the order they were offering a free upgrade to the 3-4 days delivery option via DHL. I placed the order on Thursday, and thought perhaps Ill be able to join a friend to go boarding on Tuesday, though the rep at LevelNine promptly informed me that its very unlikely that the package will be here on Monday due to the 3-4 days delivery period, so Tuesday was the earliest projection, most likely Wed. Guess what, the following evening (Friday) the package arrived at my door here in Toronto, Canada!!! I realize this was probably a fluke, and would have been perfectly happy if it did arrive on Wednesday-- but one day delivery, and the fact I could now join my friend on Tuesday, was just icing to top an already amazing experience. As for the package itself, bindings boots and board match perfectly, and the equipment itself ended up consisting of higher value items (at least by price-tag) than the individual items I was considering a-la carte, and for a far better price! Now, Im a newbie snowboarder, so cant speak much about the quality of the board. But what I can say is that the boots are super comfortable. The bindings look robust enough and are fully adjustable, and the board seemed to ride well enough for me to start curving on my second trip to the hill. As for the rest, only time will tell. But considering equipment rental comes to $40-$45 a pop, I think this package for ~$150 shipped is a no-brainer. It feels good to be able to rave about a good online shopping experience. I wholeheartedly recommend LevelNineSports to everyone I know, and to anyone in general for good products, great prices, and excellent service!

As a business owner, I only hope people leave feeling as impressed as I am with Level9. I have purchased skis, boots, bindings, helmets, gloves, clothing, and goggles from them on separate occasions. Most impressive was when a tech read my skier profile and realized I purchased a binding that would not be safe for my skier type. He called me to confirm the details and told me the binding was not strong enough and that I would break it(I was trying to be a cheapskate). He told me I needed a binding that was stronger(and cost $100+ more). He compd me the nicer binding because he said the mismatch should have been caught when I purchased it. Get your gear worked on with confidence here as they check what they are doing. If I wasnt already impressed, I took my wife in to get her a full ski setup. She tried on several boots. We had a price quoted for the whole package... but when she decided on the boot, it was the newer year than what was quoted (and more expensive). Without me even asking for it, the owner(who turns out had been helping us), said he would honor the original quote since it wasnt clarified to us. All of this is in addition to previous purchases where their prices are unbeatable(even online outlets). I send people here all of the time.

I went in to this L9 location to buy boots. I walked to the back of the store where the boots are and browsed for a while (you cant try anything on unless the staff brings them from the back) and after a while of browsing no one came to help me out so I walked to the checkout area and explained that I was just looking to buy boots and I didnt see any available staff (there was one guy working with a family), I asked the guy at the desk if he could find someone for me. He just told me to go back to the shoe area and wait for someone to find me. Well I told him thats where I just came from but ok Ill go back and try again. I asked him how I know whos an employee and whos not because they dont wear company name shirts, the employees wear whatever clothes they want so theres really no way of knowing who the staff are. He just said dont worry someone will find you. I went back and waited maybe 20 minutes all the while no one came out from the back, so I left. That was really annoying and a huge waste of time.

This really is the best place to buy ski and outdoor equipment; hands down. I have now purchased 3 complete packages for outfitting beginner/intermediate skiers as well as powder skis for an advanced skier. The beginner packages are a much better deal than renting. And many other purchases over the past two years. If you happen to be in the SLC area, check out the warehouse for more deals than what are on the website. The one time there was a problem with an online purchase (we got two left boots!), they couldnt have been nicer and more prompt in taking care of getting me a new one, even before I had sent back the extra left boot. I recommend to everyone who asks "whered you get that?" Oh, and the kids Roces adjustable ski boots are the bomb. Really great for getting a few years use before the little feet grow out of them.

Best customer service and awesome pricing. Ive never wanted to leave a review for anything other than food. Level 9 changed that. They have by far the best customer service Ive experienced at a shop before. Ive worked in customer service my whole life from sales, to call center, to supervising workers working directly with customers so it is huge to me. If somewhere has amazing customer service I will go there even if the price is higher. But level 9s prices arent higher. Thats the thing. The mounting prices are cheaper than stores I have "memberships" with. Cheaper than anywhere Ive seen actually. They will heat mold for free. I just wish they had free stickers so I could advertise for them! I plan on getting all of my ski work done here from now on. Life customer.

If you are interested in a knowledgeable staff, great management and supporting a good local company, you need to check out LNS. These guys were awesome! I walked in with a particular powder ski in mind and after talking to the staff, I changed my mind and purchased a different ski. Ive been riding my new setup for the last month and couldnt be happier! Not only did they have a knowledgeable staff, but I met the general manager whom was great and they have unbelievable prices! You cant beat this shop and I would recommend it to anyone from a novice to an expert skier or rider to check out this local shop. Keep up the hard work guys!
