LIDS & LIDS ONLINE, FANATICS, Mitchell & NESS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO FOR HATS, MEMORABILIA & APPAREL . About 5 years ago the place started going downhill with their management and sales associates (I was an employee) and now has turned into a money hunger, penny pinching organization. That cares only about keeping their money. And not delivering to what the customers want. They wont even let you exchange an item even if it has the tags on it still. If you have no receipt, they wont do a simple exchange for anything unless you have a receipt.
