I have been working with Natasha from Quality Furniture for the last 5+ years. Every time I want to purchase a piece of furniture or décor, I always look to see what they have to offer. Why? Being a self employed owner myself of many years, I would rate them 100% in customer service and follow through. Every time I have placed a order with her, she always come through for me. Two years ago, I was remolding a room for my mother who was coming into town and I was afraid that I would not get the pieces in time. Natasha guaranteed and told me not to worry. Again, she came through. We moved earlier this year and I wanted to get a special room done for my mom visiting and was stressing out cause I thought it was going to be delivered and setup as I just did not have the time nor know how to setup the many pieces of furniture. She again came to my rescue and assisted in getting everything ready before my mother came for the holidays. I would recommend to anyone Quality Furniture based on their excellent customer service, excellent follow through and honestly, they care and want to make sure you are happy. I had guests coming to town and had to buy a bunk bed for our guest bedroom. I found Quality Furniture to have excellent customer service. I had been searching for the ideal bunk bed at different stores all day and got to the store right before closing. Luckily, they had the item I wanted in stock. Due to the fact that I was traveling out of town the next day, I needed it to be delivered that evening. Without hesitation they accommodated my request and one of the staff even drove me to their warehouse a couple miles away in his own truck to get it to my house that night. To top it off, my car wouldnt start and luckily he new the auto mechanic in the shop right next door was still there, even though they were closed, he walked me over and asked the auto guy to help me out. All I can say is that was Amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out. I fully support local businesses and my experience with Quality Furniture is why.

They have a lot of beautiful furniture in the store, but the quality is not good at all. We bought a platform bed from here.The headboard had scathes on it when it arrived. The bed has 26 slats on which you place your mattress, but there were not enough brackets to assemble the slats to the frame. Also, the slats come off of the brackets while you are on the bed. We have to move the mattress to place the slats back in. It is a pain. We also bought a sofa from here at the same time we bought the bed. The sofa had scrathes too. To return the furniture, you have to first send them photos and then wait for their respond back and then return it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Quality Furniture is a great place to find deals as well as order furniture. The service and staff is reliable and friendly. I purchased my bedroom set from them. While most places in Seattle wanted to charge 1400 for the same set, they managed to bring the price down to 1250 and deliver quicker! They understand that people work and have lives and do what they can to accommodate around your schedule. The only reason why Im not giving 5 stars is because their showroom is not very large making demoing and testing the furniture before buying more difficult. They have a large catalog selection to compensate.

We were greeted when we were walking in. I liked that they let us roam and didnt stalk us. We saw a great sectional for almost half of what is was elsewhere and the quality was better. When we asked for help, the sales lady was super friendly. We got short notice same day delivery (3 hrs later). The delivery guy even helped us maneuver the sectional through our small hallway for about an hour until it fit! Best delivery ever! All in all if you want great furniture at a good price with low pressure sales this is the best place to go. After going to 10+ furniture stores I would definitely recommend it.

This Furniture shop is a real fraud. The guy over there doesnt know english and get irritated. I bought a sofa bed from them. Intially they said, it is under waranty. But when they deliver it gave me a receipt. I asked for warantly paper and they said receipt is enough. The Sofa is the one I ever made a big mistake. Very Poor Quality. I only used for one month. It seems firm intially.but cusion is going down. So Im setting on its frame. A biggest mistake from me...I called to the shop and they said they will contact me latter after discussing this with their manager.No one called me..

Bad customer service, the girls are nice but unprofessional. Thought we got a good deal but when we received our bedroom set, it was a completely different color then whats in the catalog and there website, the thing is they do not even offer the set in another color?? There biggest goal is to get our american money, and once they have your money they do not care if your pleased or not. If you do buy something here, do not order it, take it that day and talk them down on the price because all this stuff comes from china and Indonesia.

I went to Quality Furniture last month and needed beds immediately for the next day... Working with Natasha and Anatole made life easy when I was able to walk out knowing that five beds would be delivered to our home. They answered every question that we had and was very patient in waiting for our decisions to choose which furniture pieces that we needed (which took forever on our part)... at the end of the day, we were very pleasant at their services and I recommend others to go. I like Quality Furniture store because they always have special deals going on. I purchased my leather sofa set from them saving a lot of money since it was on clearance. When it was time for me to buy a dining set, I found a set on the internet I liked, gave them information about the set and they gave me a better deal on it. I ordered it, and when received it, got in love with it. Very beautiful, high quality with real wood. I absolutely love it, and will be back for more furniture. Thank you ladies for your help!

Having bought several items from this shop I must say that they are absolutely great. Every time I have been in or talked with them on the phone they have given exceptional service. The show room is a little crowded, however, it is an amazing display of various items you may want in your home. They have the ability to order in almost any furniture you may desire. They are a small shop and family owned resulting in amazing prices. Thank you guys for providing great furniture at a reasonable price.

We have been looking for a sofa set, and been to many stores before we stopped at Quality Furniture. They have very good selection and great deals. The girls in the store were helpful with a very positive attitude. We picked out the living room set which they had in stock, and got it delivered the same day. My husband and I couldnt be more happy with the purchase and the customer service we got there. The really made our day! We will definitely be back and will recommend them to our friends.
