Mor furnitures motto should be Mor furniture, less of everything! I am sharing my sad story as a heads up for everybody considering this store for their business. The story started when we bought a sectional and a sofa on 7/18/17. In all honesty, the buying experience was great (thats why I am giving them 1 star). The salesman (Andrey) was very helpful and made it quite seamless. We opted for the paid delivery and installation service ($79.99) which included delivery, installation, and cleanup. We then agreed on a delivery date (7/20/17) and waited on their confirmation message the next day. We got the confirmation message at 8 am on 7/19/17 confirming delivery on 7/20/17 from 4-8 pm. To prepare, me and my husband both took a half a day off on 7/20/17 (with difficulty due to the short notice) to clean up and clear the space where the new furniture would be installed and to be there when the delivery team arrives to do the installation. We hired a nanny for our daughter to pick her up from day camp because delivery time conflicts with her pick up time. We also booked a day camp for the dog to make sure installers could work easily without interruption. Needless to say, those all cost us an additional $150, but we wanted to make sure things went smoothly. On 7/20/17, we got a call at 2:40 pm from the driver of the delivery team saying theyre on their way and got 15 more minutes! We were still preparing the place given that the agreed time was an hour away. So, we simply stated this to the driver and asked him not to come in before 4 pm as agreed. He just hung up on us! 15 minutes later at 3 pm, he still came over even though we told him we wont be ready before 4 pm. Again we said we arent yet ready for delivery and that they should come back between 4 and 8 pm. At this point, the driver started yelling saying "I came already and you refused delivery. You now call customer service and reschedule to another day if you want your furniture delivered and then he went in the car and left, he didnt even wait for us to answer him! A few minutes later, a customer service representative called us saying the driver said you refused delivery and were rude to him! So we explained what happened and the fact that he came earlier than the time agreed upon even though we told him we wont be ready at the time and moreover he was the rude one hanging up on us and leaving us mid-sentence! We asked that we get an apology and for the delivery to happen at 4 pm as planned. He said hell go talk to driver and get back to us. He came back saying the driver says were rude and he refuses to service us. Our only option is to reschedule to another day! So basically we had to be punished for demanding a basic level of respect for our time. Given that, we refused to reschedule and insisted on delivery to happen as planned. They simply said theres nothing we can do! At this point we decided with this level of service, they really didnt deserve our business. We cancelled the whole order and they were completely fine with it! They didnt even attempt to preserve the sale by maybe offering to waive delivery charge for their mistake! They didnt even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake or that their driver was rude! A word of advice, avoid this unprofessional store and save yourself the money and effort.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS I purchased $ 5,500 worth of products to outfit a condo. The products are below average in quality. Bought a $ 1,000 Serta Mattress. Within three weeks the center of the mattress was hammocked literally a "U" or "V" shape in the center of the bed. After numerous attempts to have MOR Furntirue send a rep to look at it - all of which were agreed upon times where I stayed at home - no one showed up or even called to cancel. When I told the manager I planned to go to the Better Busines Bureau they magically had a Mor rep (not Serta rep) come to my home the very next day. After three weeks they agreed that it was indeed "impressioned in the center 1.25"" and that it was "normal" and not covered under warantee (this of course is with no one on the bed or any pressure on the bed, its about 7" when you get on the bed). THIS BED WAS LESS THAN 6 WEEKS OLD AT THIS TIME I again spoke with a Lynnwood MOR Sales rep "Alexander" and asked to have the Serta Rep contact me as I firmly believe this is either a defective mattress or it is a factory second sold as a new one. This is the actual email response: Mr. Bjornson, I spoke with our Serta representative on your behalf and here is what he had to say about this. Because this bed is designed to be soft, it is comprised of many layers on top of the mattress. For that reason alone, such contours and impressions up to 1.5 inch are not only uncommon, but are expected as the foam breaks in and adjusts to your body. Unfortunately, we do not have a comfort guarantee on the mattress that you have purchased, but if you feel that the body impression on the mattress increases please do let us know and we would be happy to assist you with that. Thank you very much for your business. (END OF EMAIL) It is now 6 months into the ownership of this defective mattress and I have yet to have ANY type of service associated with it.I have zero clue how Alexander thinks he can help me with the mattress if even he, Serta and a seperate MOR rep admitted the product was indeed compromised. As you can see in the email there is no intent to offer a replacement only some half hearted effort that "if you feel that the body impression on the mattress increases please do let us know and we would be happy to assist you with that." AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I went into Mor two nights ago and didnt really like the way I was treated. I found a sectional I wanted, and was told it would take four weeks to be delivered. Ok fine, but when you tell me that and haughtily add in that I wont find anywhere else with furniture that can get it faster Im gonna get a little bitchy. If you then ask if I need financing and act like I am the one holding up the deal, Ill go look elsewhere. I even tried to purchase the floor model since I need furniture now, not in a month. They wouldnt do that, even though I was willing to pay full retail price for an item that was currently on sale. If you dont want to take my money, thats fine Im more than willing to take my business somewhere that will. I looked around for a couple days and couldnt find another model that I liked more than what I originally found at Mor so I begrudgingly went back. This time I talked with Julian, a different salesperson from before. He asked if I had been working with someone previously, I told him I had, but would prefer not to give that person any commission and start from scratch. Night and day difference. Julian was very helpful, and actually got me a better deal than I had previously been offered. He also showed me the delivery dates, explained the reasoning that I would have to wait (one piece was out of stock) and promised to have things delivered early if he could. By looking at their system he found some orders that were actually coming in the next day. He said he couldnt promise me anything since they might be accounted for already, but I was happy he actually took the time to try to help me out and speed up the process. He also went over the extended service plan again with me to make sure I understood it fully, reminded me to make sure I thoroughly inspected the furniture before signing off on the delivery, and told me to call him when it got there if anything was unsatisfactory. Overall I was very pleased with Julian, and would go back specifically to work with him if I need more furniture.
