This is definitely a below average Kroger. The selection is really lacking in terms of variety, and they dont even carry some ingredients, spices, produce, etc. that every other grocery store always carries. Shelves are NEVER stocked either! The store itself is really cramped together. I dont hate it for getting something quick, but will go to Hollywood Center Kroger when I need things. Plus they have WAY more organic and health foods, produce, and fresh sushi at Steubenville Kroger.

Some of the products they sell are pretty expensive compared to their own brand. Which is no big deal.I get that your own items need to be sold but at least have your own brand products on the shelf or knock the other brands down at least a $1.00. The other products are like 3 dollars more expensive than most places. I usually dont shop at that store, I usually go to Walmart but I would definitely choose Kroger if they could work on the crazy pricing of certain things.

The shelves are NEVER stocked. Just about every time i go there, regardless of the time or day of the week or how busy it is, the things we most frequently shop for are not stocked. Also they used to be open 24 hours - which was convenient as its close to my house - but they changed the hours & now close at 1:00am... The Steubenville location at Hollywood City Center is much nicer; I would recommend that one. (But I think they close earlier, 10:00pm I believe.)

Would rather drive to Weirton than ever step foot in this place again! Every single cashier hates their life and treats customers like crap. Was told they have some new policy to let employees have more control over fixing customers issues (instead of grabbing a manager). If so thats not working very well. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I always shop at this Kroger since its closest to my house. Selection is good as are the prices, but I often find expired material on the shelves and sometimes expired sale tags are left on the shelf which creates confusion at checkout. Staff at the self-checkout are NEVER friendly or welcoming.

We found everything we needed. They had no problem opening another lane, they were pretty busy and right now I have to use a motorized cart . They were very accomidating of my needs.

Thursdays are not a good time. Produce section really needed restocked. Found the shelves in some areas were bare as well. I prefer the Steubenville Krogers but time was short.

The only problem was , Im an ice cream eater and Kroger Brand is my favorite . But there was no vanilla and thats my preferred flavor . And its a 40 minute drive .
