This is my local store. I love Publix and its always clean and I love the bogo sales. But this particular store... we live down the street. I like fresh food. Im home all day so I make up reasons to go out. I dont need an associate counting how many times I come to the store. "Back again?" "Geez, didnt get everything the first time?" How about its none of your business if I come here 1000 times and buy one thing every time? Next. There is a type of sale that not many know about when it comes to WIC. I do because I read the rules as do the managers. One associate in particular, who always seems to be really really really really sped up on something, has assisted me with this sale numerous times. I went to her this last time, because I knew Id have to wait for a manager with anyone else and because I knew shed helped me with it a handful of times before, and she insisted that she had never done it before. Im telling her well, maybe you dont remember but we have multiple times. She kept insisting but I dont forget an orange face. If it were me, I wouldnt have called the customer a liar, Id have said "well I dont remember it", but no. Im imagining things. NEXT. The chicken is always frozen and has a strange texture when thawed. I have complained to corporate about this and received an email back saying "Our chicken is never frozen, but stored with ice on top of it so its just really cold." Okay. When you get a package of chicken that is hard as a rock, covered in icicles and freezing to the touch, what would you call it? I call it frozen because it needs to be thawed before cooking, but I guess Im imagining that, too. Why am I writing this? Just went to place a deli sub order and the website wouldnt take it. Called the deli and was told "Well, Im taking care of these online orders first, Ill get to it asap." She was very nice, but didnt seem to understand that Ive been trying to place the dang order for 20 min. Not her fault, Im sure shes overloaded with work, Ive just had it with this location. Love the pharmacy, though! Moral of the story: for my larger grocery trips I now spend the bulk of my money at Kroger just to avoid the mental games. Pretty ridiculous.

I actually work at this Publix. The management staff is wonderful, very empathetic when it comes to time needed off. There are always issues in any career in management, but the managers are very diplomatic and take their time deciding the best way to handle situations that arise, and always make themselves available for problems or questions. I work in the deli department. The products are all top notch and my greatest joy is getting people to try different things and seeing that look on their face that tells me they love the product. I am still learning, but it is my goal to be the best customer service person in the department. By the way, I love my customers!

Shopping in dairy isle I remember I need to take my medicine. So I grab a yogurt drink and take it. Had a bad aftertaste so I look at date n its expired!! Gross!! I tell the manager on duty and I feel sick, vomit in bathroom n outside. And all Colby says is hope u feel better!?!? Gross dont shop here alot of things expired n my friend found rice bugs in her rice a few months ago!!! Cant wait for new Kroger!!

Everytime I go to Publix, either for just a gallon of milk or to do my week grocery shopping is always a "wanted" trip. I just wanted to thank you all for always having a smile in your face, a welcoming attitude and for been so accomodating to my needs. The staff are just exceptional. Where or how you find such happy people? Again, I just wanted to say THANK YOU. Is certanly a pleasure shopping here!!!

They experience was horrible. So when I checking out I tell the girl to please put my wasters in a bag and then she tell me that shes not aloud to bag my groceries. I was like i am from out of town so I was wondering when the stop bagging groceries? I was like the people that the other register got theirs baged before they paided. When I was leaving they were laughing behind my back.

9/2012~~Camped in the area on our way home to PA. We had been in FL and like to stop in HHI on the way home. Love Publix! Have a blast shopping here..love their Key Lime pie! and the Asian Mix. Nice to be able to buy liquor here...cant do that in PA. Publix has items not in other stores. Fun place to shop and I thought prices were reasonable. Clean store.

I just had a horrible experience at this location. Rude deli employee explained to me how their hot soup bar is really unsanitary after informing me they were out of 16oz soup cups. I left empty-handed and will not return to this location.

Always enjoy coming here with my younger kids. They look forward to their cookie and balloon. The employees are ALWAYS so friendly and ALWAYS offer to help carry my groceries out. Theyve even helped unload my cart. Great workers.

I always love shopping at Public. The produce is great, and so is he variety of products. The natural ham/Turkey is over-priced though at at almost $2 more than Walmart, and about a dollar more than Food Lion.
