Prime Toyota Route 2 was the best experience we have had in regard to automobile purchasing. I have been researching a Toyota Tacoma for well over a year. Specd out all models, options, colors - everything. Finally decided on what we wanted, went to True Car, Edmunds, and other car shopping sites and submitted what I was looking for . Several dealerships responded including Prime. Kristin Littlewood sent me an email - she had a truck that was the color, model and just about every single option I wanted, and she provided a price right away, which was very competitive. Only one other dealer came close to having the truck I wanted and they had to get it from another dealer and the price was $1500 higher. I negotiated for additional options I wanted and we worked the pricing some more - all I can say is that I got exactly what we wanted for an unbelievable price. We did all of the negotiations via email, agreed on the configuration and out the door price and then made an appointment to come in. We are 50 miles away in New Hampshire, so I was concerned that when we got to the dealership, things would not be as expected - but my wife and I were extremely pleased when Kristin greeted us on that snowy night with the truck all lit up, running, clean and heated ready to test drive, and showed us the paperwork with all of the pricing we agreed on online. There were NO SURPRISES - Prime delivered as they said they would at the price they promised. My wife and I loved the test drive - immediately fell in love with the truck. We arranged our own financing, so I cant speak to that aspect, but we did have one last piece of business to take care of which we did not discuss to this point with Prime - I had a trade in. My experience with trade ins is that the dealerships tend to offer well below what KBB, or similar pricing sites that estimate what your car is worth. Prime came back to me with a price that was workable and we negotiated a bit to get what I really thought was fair trade in value. Kristin showed me the KBB estimate they used - and I validated the accuracy when I got home. Finally, we worked with Sean to close the deal out - he did a nice job as well. We left without the truck as Prime promised to add the chrome side steps , get some all weather floor mats and have the truck ready two days later. At that time, Kristin called us and said everything was ready - she drove the truck to our town hall in New Hampshire where we registered it and then sat with my wife and I to go over the functions of the truck. I then signed over the title to my trade in and gave her the keys - she took my trade-in back to Prime. Everything went great on this deal. I highly recommend contacting Prime in Lancaster if in the market for a Toyota. Kristen did a great job. Prime was transparent throughout the deal and we thought they were up front and honest. There was zero BS. I hope this letter conveys how pleased I was with this transaction and the support provided to my wife and I from the team at Prime - great job guys - great price - great truck! You wouldnt believe the stares this truck generates! Again - awesome job!

Disclaimers: I dont usually write reviews unless I had a really good experience or a really bad experience. The reason for writing this review is we had an awesome experience at Prime Toyota Rt 2 over the past weekend. This is our 2nd Toyota and the first one was from a different dealership (we had good experience there). Experience: I would like to start off by saying that the dealership was very welcoming. We walked in and were greeted by Luke (I believe he is manager) and Jasper (sales). We found it very inviting. Then I told him that we are interested in a Camry SE. He walked us out and showed us the colors available and asked us which one we would like to test drive. This is particularly important because as buyers, we would like to test drive something which we would end up buying. Some dealerships make us test drive the top-of-the-line trim and then say that all these features are not in the trim you are looking at. This is just to upsell. But we didnt experience any of these things at Prime. During test driving, we were very impressed with the knowledge of the salesman about the car. It was like Jasper knew everything about the car. More importantly, he made a note of everything we talked and he remembered each and every piece of information. For us this made us feel that the salesman was not just hearing us, instead he was listening to us. After test driving, We were presented by Shahed (or Sayeed?) a printed final offer which included all fees and taxes. I was shocked to see this as NONE of the dealerships I went to gave anything in printed. Most of them started with this piece of white paper, which really creeps out buyers. I think giving something out in print shows the confidence they have in their price that no one can beat it. We made the decision to buy there in couple of hours and communicated the decision via phone. Next day we went to sign paperwork with Shawn. There were no extra fees added (such as Nitrogen fee, rust proofing fee). There was no upsell of additional warranty also. It was just plain and clear. You have these options, feel free to select it or just say you dont want it. We declined additional warranty, signed the paperwork and walked out in 1 hour. Within 24 hours, we were told the car is ready to be picked up. It was another brilliant experience. Jasper walked us to the car, spent about 1 hour explain the manual, features of the car etc. Everyone thanked us for buying. We had 3 awesome experiences on 3 days and if they can continue doing this, I dont mind buying car with them each year! We would like to thank Luke, Jasper, Shahed (Sayeed?), Shawn, the lady at the coffee machine and service team for giving us a memorable car buying experience. May be the pharase "all dealerships are the same" is not true anymore. Thanks Prime team!

This is a follow up to my initial review of my leasing experience at Prime Toyota on Route 2 in Lancaster, MA. I was not a happy camper when I wrote the first review, but now I am happy to say that I am EXTREMELY impressed with the lengths Prime Toyota, and its manager Louis Rylant in particular, went to in order to make sure that I became a very satisfied customer. Immediately upon reading my initial review, store manager Louis Rylant emailed and then called me personally to find out exactly what had happened, why I was so upset, and what he and Prime could do to rectify the situation. Louis obtained for me, at no expense to me, the roof racks and mud flaps that I had initially expected to have on my vehicle. They were installed that same week, and I feel that the service staff, especially James, did a great job and they are a pleasure to work with. Louis stayed in touch with me through the process, and when he learned from me that somehow two faint scratches had been made on the rear bumper, he immediately reassured me that they would be removed, even it if meant repainting the bumper. Fortunately, that was not necessary, the scratches were able to be buffed out. When the car was finally ready to be picked up, Louis would not let it out of the bay until he had checked it over himself, and he came out personally to see me and make sure I was once again a happy Prime customer. I have dealt with many dealerships and many managers over the years. In fact, mine was the very first least at that facility the weekend that Norm Wagner had his grand opening. Never have I had a manager work so hard to rectify an issue, or to make me happy. I would add that not too long ago, Louis also was of great help to me in getting my grandson into a used vehicle, which was a very difficult and time consuming process, but Louis did not quit until my grandson had a vehicle satisfactory to all of us, and the deal was done. Whoever the owner, or board of owners, of Prime is (or are), I hope you are aware of the truly excellent managerial skills of Louis Rylant. Further, he is a young man who truly cares about his customers, and of all the many issues he addressed for me, and fixed, the thing that was the most important to me was that he LISTENED. He really listened and heard everything I was saying, and it mattered to him personally. That is a RARE quality in a manager, and I hope he never leaves Prime Toyota, as I now intend to keep doing business there for myself and my family in future. My thanks also to the service department, who did a very good job installing the roof racks and mud flaps, and I believe it was James who did the actual work, so thank you James. Now I am a happy customer, and I will definitely be referring or bringing business to Prime in the future.
