I have been looking around to trade in my truck, (as much as I hated doing it). When I walked in the door I was going over to reception to see if I could speak with a sales person. Before I could get there a saleswoman named Bobbie jo (AKA Smurfette) Came over and introduced herself to me. I let her know what I was going to be looking for. My biggest thing was to get a gas economy that my truck couldnt give me and it would have to be something sporty that I will want to drive.. I told her right off I wanted to see what I could get for a trade for my truck. I asked her if she could do a credit check so I could figure out what the bank would allow me for the high end of payments, I didnt want to see a car I was willing to trade the truck for then be disappointed and end up in something I really didnt want. She was so patient with me. I got the best trade in value of all the dealerships I went to (by thousands). I went out on a few road trips but the last car was it. she new I had a very hard decision ahead of me because my truck was my baby. As I was sign the papers I was shaking. she didnt force me at all and told me to take my time, there was no pressure at all from them. After a very long hard decision I traded my truck. I let them know though I could not take the car tonight that I had to bring my truck home and take off all my emergency lights where I belong to a fire dept. They let me know If I wanted to take the car that there service would take off all my equipment on the truck. I showed her exactly what had to come out of the truck that I had to get. And that my son would come up tomorrow to get the equipment. to our very plesant surprise they took off all the equipment professionally and didnt hack any wires. They even gave me my tool box and I didnt even ask for it. They were all so awesome there. I would and will buy my next car there. Thank you all so much!!!

Over a year ago i met the best car salesmen i have ever dealt with. usually when you go to a large dealer, the salesmen are pushy, annoying and have no idea about the car your interested in, unless its new. When we met Henry Welkes, i had my normal, get the f out of my face and let me actually look additude and was shocked when i said we were just looking that he said ok, no problem ill be right over here if you have any questions and backed off. He stayed close enough to hear we were talking about comparing cars, and if my memory serves me right i believe he went and got keys for a few different cars before coming back over to us. During the test drive he was laid back and seemed more like a friend you wanted to come with you other then a salesman; he sat in the backseat and was honest about how much room he had and if it was comfortable. Any questions we had, he answered to be best of his knowlege, and if he didnt know he was honest about it. He even went as far as to play with the radio controls in the brand new fiesta to find out how to work the bluetooth and play mp3s; he hadnt even seen the car before we were basically in it. While working on the financial part of the deal, he was nice enough to buy us lunch and although we werent able to get approved, we have still remained in contact and if/when given the chance i can not think of anyone else i would rather deal with. Henry went way above and beyond anything i have ever experienced while buying cars. i have personally sent people to him while looking for a new car and i had to share my experience with everyone on the internet how amazing Henry is when it comes to how a customer is treated while shopping for a new/used car.

I went to three different Ford dealer in the area Auto fair ford, grapone and tilton autoserv. once we had arrived we felt right at home we went into the dealership and was not jumped on by a bunch of sales men like you were at the others we were greeted by the manager and very friendly he said with a smile welcome to our dealer ship how can we assist you. We had said the we were sent up to see Kamal Gosine and the man walk us right to his desk and said hell be with you in a moment. When Kamal arived at his work place he was just so friendly he gave my children some cookies and balloons and offerd me and my wife somthing to drink i was amazed right from the start. He then proseede with business and had asked what we were looking for whe had told him what we wanted and were we needed to be as far as payments an he said noproblem you came to the right place i think we can do this he the gave us the keys to four trucks and said go check them out and let me know. Agian i was shocked he didnt want to chase us arround the lot like those other pushy sales people i had said to my wife on the lot we found our new sales men this man is great we then went back into the dealer and finished up the business and he had us wrapped up really quick we were so impressed that just one two weeks after my inlaws went up there and bought a 2012 ford explorer and two days after that my wife and i went up and bought another car from Kamal Gosine it was a 2012 nissan sentra. So in closing all i can say is you folks over there at tilton autoserv have yourselfs one of the finest salesmen i have ever meet and from now on all our vehicles will be bought there!

We bought a 2012 Ford Explorer in Nov 2013, and had Norm as our salesman. He did a wonderful job and was very likeable, so for him is the only reason I am giving this a 2-star rating instead of 1 star. I could go into great detail about each visit to the service department, but to make this review short, we had to take the Explorer to the service dept. 5 times for the same issue before it was finally resolved. Every other time we had taken it in those 5 times was on a Saturday. We had another issue come up a couple weeks ago, and I called to make an appointment for a Saturday. The guy in the service department was completely rude to me on the phone for no reason, and went on to inform me that he only has 1 Ford technician there on Saturdays, whereas he has 3-4 there throughout the week. I explained to him that Saturday was the only day that could work for me, and that it could be any Saturday. His response was, "I have an opening on Wednesday." After that, I called Grappone who set me right up with an appointment on Saturday, got me in and out, and everyone I talked to was such a pleasure to work with. They even had a cookout (said they do that every Saturday in the summer), offered us to eat while we waited, and even offered to let us take another car out for a test drive without any hassle whatsoever. They also didnt ride along with us, which certainly wasnt an option at AutoServ. I was kind of skeptical about the no negotiation pricing at Grappone, but their excellent customer service has won me over compared to AutoServ, and I will be taking my business there from now on.
