STAY AWAY FROM THAT SCUMBAG STAN!!! I purchased a vehicle and they were nice enough to deliver it two hours to my house. That is were the good ends. When they dropped the vehicle off I was told I they would be sending someone to the registry to transfer my plates and get me my new registration the next day. It took 15 days to finally get my new registration in the mail from them. When the dropped off the vehicle it had a headlight out. I was going to just take care of it myself until I found out the xenon bulbs were $210 each. I was told they would order the parts and they would call me when they came in and l would have to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for them to install them, which I said wouldnt be an issue. Two weeks go by and I still hadnt heard from them. Decided to call Stan for an update. He didnt answer his phone and sent me a text message saying he was busy and to text him if I needed him. I sent him three text messages over the course of two hours, none of which he replied to. I ended up having to drive two hours down there to talk to someone. I spoke with the owner Dave who was very apologetic and said he would get it fixed. Dave set up an appointment for me to bring it to his mechanic two days later. This hacks "fix" for my headlight? He took my crystal clear headlight assembly and put an old oxidized headlight assembly for another vehicle he had sitting out back into my vehicle. I told the "mechanic" that I wasnt going to accept it but he insured me he could wet sand the lens sonic would be clear. Twenty minutes later he destroyed my "new" lens and scratched the whole thing wet sanding it. It looked worse than when he started. Frustrated I asked for my old assembly back to which I was told "You cant have it. We need something to put back in the other car. You can either have a clear lens with no light, or a foggy one with a light that works. It up to you." I decided right there to cut my losses. I should have just taken care of the problem myself. The amount of time and money I spent to go back and forth to there would have cost less and been less of a headache then dealing with those people.

What a spam. I put a 2k down payment on a car in this place and we agreed I will pay the rest and pick up the car in a couple weeks. The car needed a few fixes and I needed to sell my car to pay in full. In two days I managed to sell my car and I called in to plan for a pickup. He said the car is not ready and needs to go to the dealer for a sensor fix. Then he stopped answering my phone calls or getting back to my messages. I had to drive over to find him in office! He said the fix will cost more money. Although we had the paperwork done I said I am willing to negotiate. I wanted him to make money on the car. We agreed he will get back to me but he stopped answering me again. I called the dealership that he mentioned is looking at the car, and they said they did not have the car. After a few days he said the car is not worth fixing for him and he wants to sell it in the auction. He offered me to apply the down payment to another car. I asked for a refund and got it. Yesterday I was looking on Carfax to find that the car was sold to a private party more than a week ago, this is the same time when I wanted to pay the remaining and pickup the car. Looks like even if you make a down payment he would still sell your car for a better deal!! I lost money for insurance, documentation, and gas on trips to this place and he was not honest to me.

DONT BUY FROM THIS "MAN"! Stan Vasilenko is a very shady "business" man. My elderly father paid for a SUV and nothing was wrong with it, when he did a test drive, but as soon as it was paid for Stan Vasilenko caused a gas valve problem with the car. Sent it back to him to fix it, and he tried to give my father a "loaner car", put it in our driveway, and took the plates off of it so he could not use it! Also, when he dropped the car back to my father, he came in our driveway when we were sleep like a common thief and left the car open with the keys in it! When he got the car he paid for back and it still has the same problem and will not start unless you race the gas pedal. Now he does not want to give a 78 year old man his money back, for a problem Stan Vasilenko caused!! He tried this same move with other customers, and it is listed on the BBB website. Shady, shady, shady "human". I will be sure to get local government after him. DONT BUY FROM HIM!!! BEWARE!!!

No frills, great service, best deal. Stan drove an hour to our house to show us a Porsche Cayenne that I spotted on AutoTrader that same day. He returned that night to help us finalize the deal. Stan made the process simple, incredibly fast and completely painless. 24 hours later he delivered the car, 4 new awesome tires, fully detailed, plates, registration, sticker...totally hassle free. All throughout the process I made a million phone calls to Stan and to his credit he answered every one of my questions, had a clear mastery of the vehicle, and followed thru with everything he said he would. I would HIGHLY recommend Stan at Metro West Motorcars to friends and family. And of course the best part, he saved us $7500 on an IDENTICAL Porsche we were going to purchase only a few days from now. Cant beat that.

This dealership is awesome, all I can say this was a great transaction in buying a great car, they have many selections and the service is by all means A+ superseding the some of major dealers, Stan went above and beyond in helping me find car that fit my needs, (BMW X5). I had a great experience experience with this dealership. I bought a Volvo XC70 from them about 5 months ago. I have put 4,000 miles on the car with no issues whatsoever and expect another 100k, easy. Absolutely no pressure in car shopping, willing to accommodate any request I had (within reason) such as getting the car looked at buy a dealer. I worked with Dave. Great guy, no underlying motives. Honestly, he just wanted to find a car that worked for me and he would be the first one to tell me to walk away instead of convincing otherwise. I received a very competitive and fair price for the car. Everything was straightforward and easy. I would recommend Metro West Motorcars to anybody. Huge thumbs up for the establishment.
