Thank you Tony, My 80 yr old mom from Oxford needed a car ASAP, after their old clunker rotted out. My folks wanted to buy local and Harbro was suggested, as well as another dealer, by Macs garage and a friend. I am still amazed at how quickly I found a clean, beautiful, one owner car for them. I live in Holden, work allot & did not have internet access on the road, and not much time. I called the Whitinsville dealership accidently and apoke to Tim. I told him what I was looking for, even though I really had no idea. I just know my folks remembered liking Fords & desperate without having a car, and could not afford much at their age. I asked about Ford Taurus and he said he had a 2000 model with 108K that was being sent to Webster. He told me Tony Waters would be the man to call, and he assured me he would work with me and take good care of us. Well that was surely the truth. Other than being so nice, friendly and patient, he gave us a very good price, and went above and beyond with accomodating us. Salesman always made me nervous, and older folks always worry about being taken advantage of. My mom needed to take her time to get used to something so much bigger than what she had. She did not even want to get in the car and of course I drove it to test it out. We looked at only one other car to compare in the area, and came right back and purchased the car from Tony. He took care of the running regarding registration etc. and fixed a few minor details to make it perfect. That same day after I took folks to the doctors, we stopped by and his staff James followed us to Oxford to drop the car off and I drove James back. We were so thankful for this extra service you have no idea. The next day the registration came in and no one was available to pick this up. Tony asked James to drop the registration off when it came in - another very appreciated action for customer service you just dont find anymore. My mom wanted a manual which Tony ordered, and also made her a nice binder with all the cars information. Tony really has a great, caring, friendly as well as knowledgable and honest attitude. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, the facility is so clean and very convieient for my parents to getting the car serviced there. She never thought she would own a red car at this age, but really likes it allot. The family wish them the best with their new ride. Thank you again Tony & staff..I will refer your business to people I know looking for a quality used vehicle. Sincerely, The Tromps oldest daughter, Patty Kruglewicz

In my first purchase with Harbro I was offered great service, but the product (2007 Dodge Dakota) ended up being the biggest lemon I ever had. I firmly believe they sold the vehicle with morals and did a thorough overview of it to fix any evident issues. As time went on I found myself at their maintenance dept. on average at least once a month if not more to get something fixed. This went on for 18 months to the point where my family and I simply did not feel safe in it anymore. I brought this to he attention of Mike Hare who did a very professional job of taking ownership for the poor quality vehicle, and he could understand my frustrations. Being an ethical company, Mike did everything he could to pay off my remaining loan balance and get me into a newer truck without and realized gain on their part. I was happy with how he handled it, and how he didnt just brush the situation off and redirect the problem back to me. So far the new truck is running 200% better than the previous one. I have always believed in not judging, especially on first impressions. I wanted to give Harbro a second chance because I dont like leaving bad tastes in my mouth. Harbros slogan, "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price remains", is something they stood by and would not let me leave with that bitter taste in my mouth. There service has always been great despite the poor product the first time around, but I dont believe that is the norm, and I just happened to be one of the unlucky few to have a difficult first experience. So far the new truck (Ford F-150) sounds and runs great. I hope to be able to continue recommending Harbro as I did even when my first truck was giving me problems. Thank you Mike, Tim, Kelsey, Dan, Mark and the service team for getting my family and I through this difficult exchange. GOD BLESS! Kyle M.

I dealt with David and Chris. David is a very friendly outgoing person and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and are happy. David was very fast and thorough in getting me approved and into the right vehicle, he had the vehicle ready for the day i wanted it, he made everything work around my schedule. There were a few small issues when i picked the vehicle up and at first i was a little disturbed. David was pulled off the deal in the middle of it to cover their other location, and i feel after that the deal was rushed and some things were overlooked. After a few emails and a quick return phone call from Mark, the service manager, we were able to resolve the issues. Mark was very helpful and friendly, and was ready to do whatever he had to, to make the vehicle right and make sure he had a satisfied customer. The paper work was done quickly and correctly which made the deal go smoothly, good job to the office staff. I would go back to them again, and i would like to give them all 5 star ratings next time. As a business owner myself i face the same challenges they have, when managing a rapidly growing business it is sometimes difficult to make every transaction perfect upfront, even though we try our best to. If there are issues, then we need to step up to the plate and quickly resolve them, and that is what Harbro has done. So, thank you David and your team at Harbro, hopefully with our customer reviews you can iron out some of the wrinkles for the future.... In the end we are satisfied Luke and Heather

Since buying my 2001 Ford Crown Victoria at Harbro in July, I can honestly say I have never been treated so well by any dealership. Stephanie and Dave, my salespeople, Mike and Mark Hare, Heather, Amy, Devin, Chris, have all been incredibly accommodating from day 1. Being able to complete the purchase of a car feeling great about the entire transaction is one thing. However once you return for service at Harbro, thats when you really see what they are made of. These are the most understanding, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional people you will ever deal with. The only losers in this scenario are the people who never allow themselves to experience Harbro, I can walk into Harbro on any day, at any time, and everyone in there knows my name, who I am, what car I bought. Its incredible, I feel like I just walked into a relatives house. A finer staff youll never find, and you can have the confidence in knowing that your vehicle is serviced well, serviced right the first time, and if for any reason you need them for anything, they are absolutely there for you 100%. I wrote a rave review when I purchased my car in July, and will continue to do so with any opportunity I can get. Ill bet that since July, I must have recommended Harbro to 10 people, at least. If you knew me, you would know that I only do this when I am 100% committed to a business that is 100% committed to me. Buy here, have all your service done here, and youll never regret it, EVER!
