I have to say, these folks are TOP NOTCH. I could have purchased the same bike from a dealer much closer to where I live, but Im glad I didnt. I called Allie on a Saturday morning, and told her I was interested in the bike, and she held it with my credit card. I showed up about 5 hours later, and they already had the bike ready to roll out the door. Everything was done. We spent about 20 minutes doing papers and another 30 minutes going over the bike. Cassidy was a wealth of knowledge and information. This is the kind of place you wish served coffee and had tables to hang out and BS the day away. Thanks to everyone at Action Motorsports for making this a fantastic experience. You have a new repeat customer. Did I mention the price? They had the best price around as well. Go figure. Add one more star to the rating.

Bought a KTM 65 for my son to use as a practice bike. Drove from Houston to pick it up. Bike LOOKED great! Got home, and it ran ok, but had a bad throttle cable. No big deal right? I go to replace it and there is sand EVERYWHERE. I completely clean out the carb and replace the cable and good to go. Ran for another hour or so and it seizes up. Low on coolant(Action supposedly checked everything and had a "Fresh" top end). So about 4 hours on it since we got it and I had to rebuild carb, top end(needed new jug), and throttle cable. There was sand in EVERY nook and cranny. Had to take it all the way apart. They either suck at servicing a bike or they never even looked at this one. Dont make the same mistake of trusting this place.

I found this place on the Internet a couple of weeks ago and drove 45 mins to take a look and buying a few parts for my ktm 150 xc. Nicole was so kind and I liked the place that a week after I needed some service on the bike and dropped it there. Turned out which was supposed to be a service on my bike ended up to be a very nice trade where I got a wonderful bike. Cassidy, his wife and everyone at that place are the kindest people Ive met so far since I moved to the area. Very friendly and professional people altogether. I had a very long chat with Cassidy where he took his time to answer ALL my questions and explained in details how to do things right. One more happy/new customer here ;-)

I was shopping for a 2015 KTM 690 Enduro R. My local dealer wasnt interested in selling one of the two they have, and still do. I called to see if they had any in stock and they did. I talked to Darin and he treated me like a real person not just another $ALE, like most dealerships do! I got a informative walk through of my bike from the technician. The does, donts, and functions of my 690. Again EXCELLENT! My experience was EXCELLENT and I highly recommend checking them out before you sign that dotted line. Ask for Darin, hell treat you right!!!!! Its a little bit of a ride/drive but the quality of service you get ITS WORTH IT!!!!!
