I recently purchased a new 2015 Ducati Monster 821 on July 1st, 2016 at Eurotek BMW of OKC, and I cannot be pleased enough with the shopping experience and the bike. I visited the store on three separate occassions prior to purchase to see which models they had in stock, the personality of the customer service, and customer support the business provided. All three visits left me with a positive impression. All of the sales staff were personable and friendly; more like a family atmosphere instead of a sales floor. It almost seemed as if the members were more interested in what kind of riding I do or where I go--like a small riding club--rather than getting me sold on a motorcycle. At no point did I feel pressured to make an immediate purchase. Even the Parts Manager, Ryan, was an extremely helpful source of information. Actually, he was a large factor in me making the purchase. When I wanted time to look around alone, they politely gave me my space, but when I had a question or two, they were very polite in ensuring I was answered immediately or as soon as they become available. If one member did not know the answer, then they would ask around until they found it. There was not a point during any of my visit that I thought they were feeding me only rave reviews of their models. They seemed honest to make sure they covered the pros and cons of each make and model, as well as the benefits to which model suits its riding experience. Their website was my first experience with the business and it allowed me to see what they had in stock and for their current asking price. It isnt the most dynamic or stellar site but adequate enough to fulfill the intent. They have a wide selection of various models from their BMW, Ducati, and Triumph motorcycles. I have returned a couple times to purchase accessories and clothing items, but I have not partaken in the Saturday barbecue cookouts in front of the store or on the group dinner rides; I do plan to. I am actually going to bring the bike in for some minor upgrade mods. The only two downgrades that prevented me from giving it five stars for a review was that they did not have the second key for the bike and during the final sales transaction, the sales manager initially drafted up a higher price on the total sale documents. They were extremely apologetic on both instances and were quick to ensure that I would get the second key once it was cut, and that the price was immediately corrected to what their website indicated. Finally, I would recommend BMW Motorcycles of OKC/Eurotek to a family, friend, or coworker. I am not aware of the reputation this business had in the past, but I can pass on that my experience was exactly what I was looking for--outstanding.

Ive been in and out of EuroTek for a while now, mostly to ogle all the pretty bikes but as of recently, to upgrade my current bike. The guys here are awesome, and very much lovers of refined motorcycle culture. You wont find "hoodrats" or "real bikers" hanging around here. My experience with motorcycle dealers has been rocky in the past, from those big "Y" dealers down in Norman, to those scoundrels over off the side of I-35, but the guys at EuroTek have been awesome, Aaron and Andrew are fun to chat with and have definitely taken strides to help me out with problems. The GM here was also really awesome and definitely didnt make me feel like I was just another customer looking at fancy euro bikes. At one point, I was standing around with all the guys, just laughing and joking, Ive never felt so at home in any other dealership. But oh my goodness is their finance department absolutely atrocious, never have I ever been run through the ringer with so little information and communication.

Buyer beware, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. Bought a new Ducati 1299 Panigale s that had been sitting in the shipping contained for 14 months. Has paint finish flaws, sticky glue residue on the engine and clutch cover, also you can still see the water level from the crate by the watermarks on the stained wheels and tires. They didnt even bother to clean it before the sale. Looks dirty and horrible. Is this what the Ducati brand represents? They said it was "spotless" buy I have the Pics to prove it wasnt and now Ducati North America is going to have to deal with the unacceptable bikes they represent as "spotless" that AC Spencer(GM) and Aaron the sales manager push off on customers. Their response is sorry for your bad luck and sorry you bought a bike us. DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT ANY AFTER SALE SUPPORT. Its not good to tell someone that just spent 20000 plus on a bike that has paint issues that we will see what we can do, It should be "we will make it right and make you happy"

I recently brought my 650GS in for service at another shop, whom I will not mention here, in order to remove an intermittent stumble in the idle. The “other” shop said I should just live with it, it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was a big deal to me. I was unable to find anyone who cared about my bike as much as I did. So I asked around on the forums and heard some great things about Eurotek in OKC. Not only did they spend the time to find the problem, but parts manager Ryan Kilburn also identified a potential problem in my wiring (from a previous outing) that would have left me stranded on my next trip. I will recommend them to everyone I know. This is the best shop in town.

€ tek is an awesome dealer. After dealing with car dealers and their efforts to scam buyers out of any money they can, € tek tek was a breeze. Bought a brand new model, I think I got the third one they sold, with no markup over msrp. Ive looked at "hot" new cars at dealers and they tack on a few thousand to pocket for themselves. I wouldnt pay that on a car or bike. The whole buying process was hassle free, test rode the demo as long as I wanted with no rush. Ryan helped me pick out some tires that are better for my riding style, and theyve definitely held up to the expectations I got from him. Great dealer experience.

Wow, Having a premium motorcycle dealer in OKC is fantastic. I hated having to drive to Dallas or Tulsa to just browse things. Ryan in the parts department is great at getting parts in and letting you know when they show up, every order something and it was not the right size? Europeans are just not the same size that Americans are, it is great to be able to try something one before you buy it. The service department is Awesome, they are willing to accommodate you in everything they do, Just ask for Kelly and he will help you out Proud owner of Triumph and BMW motorcycles purchased here

I have been dealing with our new OKC BMW motorcycle dealer for a year and a half now. Friendly and helpful people in sales, service, and parts. Very good service every time. They have worked me in for prompt service on short notice on several occasions. Great knowledge of product. My wife and I ride motorcycles on all three lines they sell, BMW, Ducati, and Triumph. What a bonus to have a great dealer on all three. Motorcycle enthusiasts, not just a merchant. No relation to prior OKC shop that ceased operations a few years ago.
