Started when I first bought an airfilter from them and had them remap my ignition for the air filter. When I got my bike back the right rear turn signal wasnt working. I took it back and they said it was a bulb. I got it back and the turn signal still wasnt working right. I pulled the cap off and immediately saw it was a single element bulb they put in when it was suppose to be a dual element to control the brake, signal. They still charged me for this work even though they messed up. I had new handlebars installed by another Harley certified shop. I brought my bike back to Corpus Christi Harley to have a rear flat tire fixed, and to cover up the control wires with a cover. and left the whole left side of my controls werent working. I pulled over and noticed a bad kink in my wires that I suspected to be broken due to it being zip tied down and restricted from moving with the triple trees causing a pulling and kinking in the wires. I called them and told them about this and they asked me to bring my motorcycle back in again. No where in any Harley manual does it say to zip tie down the wires. This was done out of inexperience from he technician. The wires must have movement or they will pull and kink as you turn the wheel. Now they want to charge me more money to fix their mistake. I also have a full factory warranty which they didnt accept as payment for their junk services. My bike doesnt even have 5000 miles on it yet. These technicians, service writers at Harley Davidson of Corpus Christi are a joke

This is the worst Harley store I have personally ever been too. I dropped my new Electra Glide off in service to get a couple simple items added ( foot pegs and LED strips on the front). The next day they called and said it was done. When I got there however that was not the case. After I paid my bill, I noticed nothing had been done as had been written on the service order, so back in the shop it went. Spent 2 hours waiting on them to do the job again. Not happy of course! So a few months later I figured I would try again, after all Victoria is the next closest HD store and not easy to just get too and drop off. I asked for a quote on installing gauges at the CC store, I thought simple enough right, nope! I got three people, three different quotes! The first was $170 or roughly 2 hours, the next 1.5 hours,and then the best came from the service manager $340! or 4 hours. When i told him the difference I had been quoted at his store, "OH WELL" was his answer! $85/hr for that!! I think not!. Buyer beware.

Traveling through Corpus I heard noise in my primary at stops. Called in to see if I could get the oil level checked and when Kevin heard I was on the road told me they would take care of me right away. They did bring the bike in as soon as I arrived and Skyler ask me to the back because he heard the same noise. It was after 1:00 and I told them I had to get to Houston that day, they properly diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing and gave what I believe was a fair price. The mechanic James said he could do it that day and he finished in about 3 hours. I do my own work and dont like others messin with my bike but felt very comfortable with James and he did a great job. You can tell he likes what he does and is good at it. I would highly recommend this service department.

Im new in town so of course im going to visit the local harley shop...my impression was a very positive one. .I asked at the service desk if they could check the tires on my bike and set them at 35 psi. .in no time they sent a young very polite young man to check the bike and indeed set them up at 35 psi. ..and at no charge..while that was going on I had the pleasure of chatting with one of the sales guys snd friendly he was...I will be taking my business there when my bike needs service. ..I will also bring in my sons inlaw who now want to buy bikes...I asked if they had Saturday events and they said no...maybe they should start..I know burne, laredo, and San Antonio have them...well hope they start to have them soon.

Are car got hit in the parking lot by a girl test driving one of there motorcycles. She didnt make it a 100 ft and drove right into are car. The manager SD they was gonna take care of it ( are car) so he told the girl to go ahead and leave. He SD he had all her info. Well after she left his story changed and SD there not responsible. We came all the way from Michigan and now we gotta figure out how to get are car fixed so we can get back home. All we got was her DL info. Cops was called and hes doing what he can to find out her info. But we wouldnt be going thru all this if the manager would of kept his word.

Love stopping by any HD store and this one had lots of goodies as do most others, my only complaint is that most HD Stores dont have style SEXY in a 3X lol - while you can get up to a 5X in mens tshirt & super sized mens jeans, they just cater to the smaller sizes for womens clothing - as if all these big dudes are riding their daughters around on their bikes lol - but all in all I love my HD Style SEXY & my local HD Store is really good about keeping us Big Girls covered!

Hands-down best H-D Dealer in South Texas. Friendly and helpful staff from sales, accessories, parts, and service. They go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. Five plus STARS!! Wish they had this type of customer service down at the H-D in the Valley. Ill make the 2.5-3 hour drive from now on to get my bike serviced at this location and for all my H-D needs. You guys RAWK!!

I feel very impressed with the customer service i have received EVERYTIME i have gone to CCHD for my Buell. i have recently got my bike serviced and repaired and its ridng like brand new. i highly recommend the service shop and parts dept, dont try to save a quick buck going elsewhere, remember you get what you pay for. this service is worth every penny!

Rode in from Fort Worth in rain most of the way. Bikes were filthy with road grime and bugs. CCHD washed both bikes and made them look like brand new without missing a beat. Bought shirts from the super friendly staff and was welcomed there like we were family ( the good type). This is a great dealership.
