dont go to this place!!! theyve almost killed me twice!!!!!!!!!!! i went in for a tire and they totally messed my bike up. the rear brake caliper came off when I went to stop puncturing the wheel bending the swingarm.they replaced the entire rearend with salvage parts and then didnt put the master link on the chain correctly so when it came off going down the highway it really messed things up. they replaced everything again and powder coated my wheels. now they refuse to tell me what bike they got the wheels off so i can do the bearings that are bad. i bet they put the same bearings back in the wheels that came out of them trying to really kill someone dont trust these guys!

I went down the road to Maxeys, walked around the store and not one person asked me if they could help me. I wasnt impressed with the stock either. So I looked up this place and went right down the road. Both times I came in I was greeted almost immediately and asked if I could be helped. The lady dug through a lot of old parts to find me the perfect one. She gave me the tool and let me change it out right there. I didnt have cash (just card) so she said I could pay the next time. I came back and paid the same day. The people were extremely helpful. Very appreciative and will definitely come back.

Ordered a part for my motorcycle on the 8/23 after 2 weeks I called and asked about it. The lady that answered said the man who takes care of that stuff was gone for a few days and she would check into it. Needless to say it is now the 9/13 and still no part or even a phone call. I called back she said I will need to call out website people and have them issue you a refund. WTH!?? Do not use this company for any reason, no customer service and clearly nobody there knows whats going on. Hope I get my refund but im not banking on it.

I have an older style bike one of there mechanics, Im assuming, took quite a bit if time out of his busy day to try to find a part from their salvage. The part that wasnt what I needed but the chance to save time and money was worth it. The part I was needing new was $130-$140 but the part he was willing to sell only cost $40. He let me refund when the part didnt fit and found me a cheaper aftermarket part.

I took my bike there 2 months ago it still aint fixed....I know it doesnt take 2 months to fix a carb come on man. Well just got my bike back from them. It runs good not leaking gas from the carb. 2 months went by an my bike started doing the same exact thing I thought that problem was solved guess not.

Bought a 2005 Triumph America, from these folks 10 years ago, and I still think its the best place to go for parts, and service for any kind of bike you have. Never had any problems, with them they have always been fair, and honest. Which is why Ill continue to do business with Performance.

My repair was estimated at $275 but it was over $400. I can understand running into problems and going over, but they did not call me for an authorization to spend more, offered no apology, argued about the amount, and refused to adjust the price.

Make sure you shop around, they quoted me almost triple what a few other cycle shops would charge to replace a stator cover for my CBR. Im not a mechanic but it shouldnt cost $130 just for labor, but I could be wrong.
