I wasnt impressed by their service department at all. I took my bike in for some troubleshooting. Fuel pump clicking, fuel leaking, and too much throttle response compared to normal operations. I told them that it had been sitting for about a year, and the previous owner took the carburetor apart/cleaned it, changed the plugs, oil, new gas, lubed the chain, and replaced the pump. -Automatically said it was the carburetor. "OK fine, go ahead and take it apart and clean it. Told me that the jets were clogged and the needle had some rings on it. I figured they would at least tell me all the other parts they were ordering as well, they didnt. After the carb was put together, I received a call and was told my fuel pump is bad as well as my tank having rust in it...(refer to when I brought the bike in)...brought in the previous owner later that day for him to explain in depth what he actually did. After a few conversations, I made the decision and had them order the fuel pump. I tried to have them over night it, but wasnt banking on it being in the next day - it wasnt so no surprise there. Also took the tank home to clean it myself. When I brought the tank back two days later, I was told the part wasnt in yet. I decided to go in later that after noon to check if the part had come in since I didnt get a phone call. I was told the part was in, but they couldnt work on it because they had other bikes to push through. One would think that when a part shows up for your bike that has been there for two weeks, it would be priority. Ok, as understanding as I could be, I asked, "Alright, will it be ready the next day?", and was told, "Yes, well work on it first thing in the morning". Came in the next day (mind you, I didnt receive a phone call all day) and the guy pulled me in his office and apologized for giving me bad info. The part was not in the day prior and it wouldnt be in til the following week. That was the last bit of patience I had. I paid for the services done to my bike, packed it and then went to talk to the store manager.. He was polite and was very understanding, and also offered to help me with getting my bike fixed. I said thank you and declined. He offered again and maybe I could sleep on it a bit, but I declined again. I cant bring myself to trust their service dept anymore than I already have. I probably wont be bringing my bike there again. Their floor salesmen seem pretty cool, and the previous owner of my bike also bought a four wheeler from them and had no issues. Im not one to hold anyone from what they think they should do, so if after reading this you feel you want to give them a shot, go ahead. Maybe a few things may change on how they interact professionally with future customers??... For those of you who had good service from them, cool maybe I was one of the unlucky ones.

NOT SO OKIE DOKIE So I was in the market for a new motorcycle. I visited Oklahoma Honda in December. I was well dressed and was just looking at the time. The salesman at the time was great and told me when I was ready at the beginning of the year to just come back and I could test drive before I buy. So today I drive 30 miles to their store to test drive and buy the bike just to be told by the current salesman that I would have to do all of the paperwork and buy the bike first then he would let me test ride. REALLY!! I would own the bike at that time and would not be able to return if I did not like the feel of the bike. Here is the thing the first time I visited Oklahoma Honda I was clean shaven and looked nice, this time I was in jeans, unsaved, and ready for a test drive. Oh and had the $10k in cash in my pocket ready to go, but thanks to the rude, smart a** sales man I ended up just walking out and taking my business elsewhere. Warning do not fall for this sales trick, always test drive anything, and never complete any sales paperwork first. They will not just simply tear up the paper work if you do not like what you just bought. Furthermore a finance company is not going to just give you the money back on a loan you just took out. STAY AWAY FROM OKLAHOMA HONDA SUZUKI

Great place to buy! I was shopping for a bike and had looked at other dealerships in OKC. Didnt think I could find a deal in OKC and had called and shopped with dealers in Dallas. I figured I could get a better if not the best deal there. Called these guys and they had two of the bike I was looking for which surprised me. I went in looked at it and asked if Honda was running any specials. The price they offered me right off the bat was better than anything I had been given from anywhere else. No haggling, no hassle, just the best price. They let me take a test ride and I was sold. I asked if Honda had any discounts for military. Nope. But they gave 10% to military even retired on parts and warranty. Sold! Good guys and the buying experience I was looking for while shopping for the motorcycle I wanted. Friendly group of guys who answered any question I had. At the end of the sale, I got to shake hands with the husband and wife team who had been there for 40 years.

Small motorcycle dealer, but they have a decent selection of bikes. Their prices are not in your favor, of course. Their sales team is not motivated to create a relationship with customers or even get sales. When you walk inside, do not expect to be greeted. If you need a part, do not rely on their service department to find the right part for you, you have to tell them verbatim which part no.s you need, because they lack basic engineering and mechanical understandings. Do not take your bike here for service, their service people do not test bikes properly before letting customers ride them. My DRZ did not have the instrument panel connected the first time I rode it. Overall, avoid this dealer and hope they are replaced with a better Suzuki dealer soon.

I just returned from having my 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 serviced, and I have to say I was very pleased. I called this morning (a Saturday) and was able to drop the bike off less than an hour later. Three hours after that, I was informed that the bike was ready. They fixed my brakes, change the oil, etc, and did it all for less than I was quoted (albeit by only 3 dollars...but less is still less). In short: I was very pleased and will continue to use their location to service my bike.

First off let me start by saying this.... I bought a bike from this dealer paid it off and they couldnt even throw in a helmet with the deal & not to mention the salesman was rude..... No southern hospitality at all just said no even though Im paying for the bike in full no financing then when I got my bike the chain on the bike was no good had to replace the chain and the sprocket on the bike as soon as I got it which isnt a cheap job too ..... just bad service overall
