I will start off by saying that I had a bad experience recently at the Harley Dealership in Colorado Springs. The salesman told me he could meet 4 of my requests for the most part. After I test drove the Ultra Glide Limited, I submitted a credit application and was approved in minutes. When I sat down at the table to seal the deal,.... none of my requests were met! Not even close. So my wife and I left. I called the Harley "Thunder" dealership in Oklahoma City and talked to Allen over a period of 2 months. I explained to him what happened in Colorado Springs. He said he wanted to earn my "trust" and asked me what all I was looking for. After giving him all my requests, he said hed look into it for me. Well, 2 months later I arrived in Lawton, Oklahoma to conduct military training and I contacted him to see if we could work something out so I could purchase my 1st Harley... I explained to him numerous times throughout our conversations that I didnt want my credit ran until he gave me numbers that we talked about. He put me on the phone with his supervisor named Justin. He asked me what my payoff was on my current bike, and I told him I wasnt sure. He asked for my lender, my name, SS#, and other stuff and said that he would use that to find out my payoff balance on my current bike. So, I gave it to him. He said he would call me back that day, but didnt. The very next morning, I got an email alert warning me that my credit had received a "hard hit" -3 points to my credit score due to the Harley Dealership "Thunder" running my credit check without my permission. I am soooo glad that I have my credit score monitored! I called him that morning after they opened to complain about my credit being ran after I specifically told Allen I didnt want it ran.... They knew this and still did it anyway. I am looking further into this matter as my credit was used without my permission. I am 0 for 2 on Harley Dealerships..... Yes I still want a Harley as it has been my dream bike for years! Buying this bike would be very special to me as it will be my retirement bike!!! BTW... I rated their Service (salesman) Poor but gave their Appeal and Quality Excellent as I havent been to their store, only saw it online. All Harley Dealerships look great!!!

Where do I start... When I arrived at Harley store I knew exactly what bike I was looking for so I already new the listing price of $5995. When I found Jerry the sales rep. I asked him what the price was for the bike and he said $6250. I told him the price I saw listed was $5995. He then informed me that was out the door. Good recovery Jerry lol. I told him the best I could do was $5500 out the door and he said lets go in and see what we could do. He went and spoke with his manager and told me he wanted me to fill out finance paperwork. I told him I already did online and gave him my application number. He came back and told me his manager wanted us to go ahead and fill it out before we talk numbers. yah yah yah. So I filled it out and as we waited for manager to do whatever he does we walked around store to look at merchandise with lady named "Red" who was fantastic and the only reason I give 1 star. After manager did his thing he came out with paperwork and said he could do $5500 out the door. I said I already told you that I would do $5500 out the door and that is my final offer. He came back with a very unprofessional remark "Ohh so your one of those guys who are one and done?"... "One that drinks one beer and then passes out on the couch?" I really dont know what kind of business HD is trying to run but if you ask me that is not the way to earn business. At this point I pretty much just got up and left. Two days later on a monday Jerry the sales rep called me to see if I would split it with them and I told him I would have to stay at $5500 out the door. He then called me two days later on Wednesday and told me they would do the $5500. I told them I would be in on Saturday to finalize deal. This is where Saturday comes in. I go and rent motorcycle trailer to haul home and when I get there Jerry says they sold the bike already. OK thats fine that you sold it but GD! you could have atleast called to inform me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE PEOPLE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

The sales and parts dept. have been great....unfortunately the service department has severe ethical issues. #1 take nightrod in for rear tire change, everything goes great (I thought), since it is winter the bike sits in garage until I take it to my real mechanic for a "once over" to get it ready for riding season. Mechanic notices black "putty" spots in 5 places where the dealer chipped my powder coating 9which I had to get repaired since it has been so long since tire change). Fast forward 2 years back to dealer for another rear tire (I know....but they are only people in area that will change 240 tire on Nightrod), this time I show then the perfect back wheel and tell them about the last tire change (which they say would never happen at Fort Thunder) so they would be careful this time. I pick up bike, wheel looks great and I hurry home (raining), the next day I notice the bike "shudders" now when you take off and when you shift gears (lower rpm range). Take it back to dealer (they are shocked) after waiting 2 hours they tell me that a mechanic and a master mechanic rode the bike and it was normal but and exhaust shield was touching frame (magic??) so that was probably the problem. Once again took bike to my real mechanic and guess what...somehow the drive compensator (cush drive) on rear wheel was torn. Real mechanic replaced bike takes off and shifts great now........YOU DECIDE........P.S. If you are in the OKC/Edmond area see Buddy at RPM PERFORMANCE!!!!

Absolutely the worst Harley Davidson store Ive ever done business with! Spent 10000$ In apparel and accessories in a 12 month period with these people and still treated like crap on return visits. Service department did upgrades on my brand new street glide and they did half a$$ job on every aspect of the agreement. Took over a month on a "week long" job then repeatedly lied to me during the wait. Handlebars were not tightened and slipped down 3 inches on a bump on the highway at 80 mph when I left, exhaust covers werent tight and clamps rattled loose. Fairing bolts were stripped. Couldnt find all my stock parts and acted as if It was a bother to find them. Bought some covers (derby etc) then wouldnt return them even for store credit towards another purchase even though they were unopened and new. Then deleted our account with them and lost all our points we had earned over the last 24 months. No sense of service or brotherhood at this place. Wouldnt send an enemy there...go to Harley World or Iron Nation for a much better experience!!! Would give zero stars if possible.
