Someone in an earlier post pointed to the arrogance that these guys display when dealing with customers. I want to further validate their opinion by expounding upon a negative experience of my very own. I found a truck, (2013 F-150 Limited), online at this dealership with very low miles and decided to purchase it. I reached out to Angela Dyal to coordinate the deal. I let her know that I am an Active Duty Soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and would be driving to Florida to purchase the vehicle. Long story short, this lady treated me as if I were a number instead of a valued potential customer. She was NEVER available to answer questions and rarely returned my calls. After becoming frustrated with herm, Tony, the sales manager got involved and was of less use than Dyal was. This guy is as arrogant as they come. Talking the typical "used car salesman" BS. I was intent on trading my 2013 F-150 Limited which was in excellent condition, for the same exact vehicle with lower mileage.. Of course they tried to low ball me on my trade by over $2,000 (which was not happening)... When I presented them, a Car Max appraisal for my vehicle from the previous day which valued my trade at a significantly higher value than they were offering, I asked for a better offer for my trade. This guy Tony proceeded to try to justify the low ball offer to me by saying that my 4x4 trade-in is worth less in Florida, and would be more valuable in North Carolina due to the snow and mountains located in the region. As if Im completely oblivious to the car buying process. Ive only purchased approximately 20 vehicles in my life, and Im only 38 years old... Go figure Without getting into the weeds of this situation. Lets just say that you are not treated like a respectable human being at this dealership. They have no regard for the customer, which prompted me to walk away from the deal. Im sure that this is not the experience of everyone who reads this post, but be careful and be mindful in your decisions. Needless to say, the very next morning, I went to a Ford dealership in Atlanta and brought a brand new 2014 F-150 Limited, and saved over 27K in rebates and incentives off MSRP. So I ended up paying over 10K less for a brand new vehicle, whereas I would have paid 10K more for the used truck at Jarrettgordon Ford, not to mention the excellent customer service that I received in Atlanta. This is only a brief synopsis of my experience, trust that there was more to share but Im sure that you get the gist of what Im trying to say. I eventually reached out to the President, Brian Jarrett, and explained my experience; to which he vowed to retrain his people.. Hopefully youll have a better experience should you decide to deal with these guys. Good luck

This was the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE that we have ever had. We ALL KNOW the typical emotions that you experience at OTHER DEALERSHIPS- The excitement of owning a new vehicle, the hope for a better deal than you had imagined, the mental exhaustion from the hours and hours of waiting, the stress to accept the "less than perfect" deal because you have invested so much time already, the boredom from all of the paperwork involved and finally you drive off the lot in your vehicle with knots in your stomach! JARRETT GORDON FORD IS DIFFERENT!!! I work long hours and have limited access to my phone at work, my sales person embraced technology (Email, website and text) to help me learn about the vehicle, setup a test drive (they came to me) and in the end, they were able to get almost all of the paper work done before I got there that evening after work. The vehicle was clean, the fuel was topped off and the staff was waiting to meet me at the door with a smile and welcomed me into the office because they knew how busy I was. To my surprise, they were able to help me find much better financing and saved me a ton of money on the term of the loan. The finance manager was knowledgeable, laid back and very efficient, the paper work was a breeze! Chris Caldwell was our sales person and we highly recommend him! It is so refreshing to have someone exceed your expectations on their performance and communication. Overall, the whole experience was way better than we had expected or experienced in the past at other dealerships.

Service department is a joke. I sold my Ford because Jarrett gordon on 27 was a nightmare to deal with. I made the mistake thinking that I would get treated better with my new lincoln but that was not true. I looked up to see if this dealer had quick lane service and drove there for a oil change. I was asked if I had an appointment and when I said no the service writer went on to say, " I wish I could help you . Maybe I can get you an appointment for later today or sometime this week." When I told him that any other Ford dealer with quick lane service does not require an appointment for oil changes he looked at me like he was lost. He offered to change my oil but said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Ive had it with Ford. Im going back to GM. At least when I had my Cadillac I was treated like I was a valued customer. In fact, all of the various GM dealers I dealt with have treated me better than Ford and lincoln.

After walking out of a very rude and poorly managed dealership for service, we went to Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Winter Haven. We were greeted by Chris Rodriguez, the service advisor and quite honestly could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The friendliness, professionalism, fairness and attention to detail that Chris displayed was a great reflection on Jarrett-Gordon. If his customer service qualities could be cloned, this world would be a better place. Because of him, this organization just gained 2 new customers for both service and purchase!!!! Thank you Chris! Thank you Jarrett-Gordon for employing individuals such as him!

We emailed Angela Dyal on 1/9/15 about a used truck. She answered all of my questions via email and we even negotiated a price over email. The next day we drove from Palm Bay to Winter Haven. We met with Ed Balaz who finished up our transaction. I was nervous something would happen that would cause the transaction to go wrong. But to my surprise everything went smooth and our payments were actually lower than we discussed the day before. Tim Vogel was super patient while we signed paper work and dealt with our tired kids. We could not be more happy with our purchase and our experience at Jarrett-Gordon Ford.

We purchased our Taurus new from another dealership in the area. After having a routine service done at that dealer, we switched to Jarrett-Gordon Ford. Their routine service work and warranty work have alway been done quickly and thoroughly. The service desk personnel are always friendly and courteous. Normally I wait while the service work is done. However, I have used their courtesy van to go home and return later. The courtesy van driver is also friendly and courteous. Since I have not bought a car from them, I can not comment on that, but I would recommend their service department.

I purchased my Ford fusion from Jarrett Ford in Winter Haven, Florida because I was treated so well with another vehicle that I consistently brought in for service. Bruce in the service department listens to my concerns and always works hard to be sure that my needs are met. This time I had an oil change, replaced my wiper blades, and had all four tires replaced. I cant believe that I am buying tires from a dealership but they are always the cheapest price around. I drive an hour to get to Jarrett Ford because I am confident in their service.
