My experience was less than professional.. I went in around mid January of 2016 to view a 2002 mini cooper that they had on their lot. The vehicle at the time was running and appeared to be well taken care of. During our test drive of the vehicle the car ran out of gas, and mind you i was on the highway when this occurred. The owner laughed it off as if it was no big deal after about a half hour maybe more he finally showed up with just enough fuel in a gas can to get us back to the dealership... so clearly they dont keep up on all their cars.. even after all that I still thought I would at least give them a second chance and we went back out after having to go fuel the car ourselves with the money he gave us.. and the car ran well.. we decided to go through with our purchase of the vehicle and that was a nightmare itself.. after all was said and done I finally had the car.. now over the few winter months that I had the vehicle it ran great.. but when it began to warm up for spring time I started having issues one after the next and more... starting with the coolant overflow hose being bolted off and not being connected to its proper destination it caused the vehicle to overheat very badly.. finally I found the part online thru a company called parts geek.. now postscript to that part being found it was a 4 dollar part that their so called mechanic said he was unable to find.. it took me all of 20 minutes on the Internet (purchase included) and found the part. I installed it and no longer had over heating issues. I drove it for another couple of months and then the clutch gave out on me... or so I was led to believe by again their so called mechanic. He told me the car would need a clutch eventually he said he had it apart but didnt see the need at the time to replace it. I said thats fine I could purchase a clutch when the time came. That should have been my first red flag but Im kind of new to the dealership side of the car world.. I usually stick to owner only sales for this specific reason.. I bought the clutch took it to my mechanic who took it apart and informed me that the car was way more damaged than a simple clutch.. now I was told by their mechanic that he had removed the cradle to this car in the past for inspection purposes. If he would have actually opened it up he would have saw what my mechanic saw which was a very badly worn shift linkage dealer part the frame is rusted to the point of caution. The bumper was held on by 4 screws and the power steering line priced at 215 dollars has a bad leak. I have a gravel drive way hard to notice leaks. My mechanic told me that he is waiting to hear back from the dealership for mini cooper to see if the shifter linkage can even be purchased.. all in all this was the most terrible experience I have ever had buying a car. The worst part is this is the short version of the experience I had with this dealership. I dont normally write reviews like this but I have not had my car be operational for about 6 months and finally when I had the money and the part to fix it is found out that there is way more wrong with this car than just a clutch and a headlight. Sadly enough now I dont have a car or the money to fix it and its still in the shop taking up space waiting on my decision. Please if you are out looking for a first car for your child or if you need a car and are out looking avoid this place they dont do most of the work they say they do. They do not sell reliable vehicles and their mechanic work is garbage. I will never return to this dealership and I urge anyone who is interested I a car on their lot have someone YOU trust look at the car before purchasing it.. do not take their word for it.

I bought a vehicle from him less than a month ago and have PROBLEMS since DRIVING OFF THE LOT! He posted on craigslist and said in person that it was SAFETY inspected by his mechanic and that the vehicle needed NOTHING, ran perfectly! After driving off the lot it stalled twice on my way home and a total of 12 times in two days. The CHECK ENGINE light came on and ROB performed a DIAGNOSTIC claiming that it was the gas cap tripping a sensor and disconnected the battery to shut off the check engine light so I couldnt even get a SECOND OPINION! Additionally, the brake pads and rotors needed replaced a cost of nearly $200! After the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on again I took it somewhere else to get it checked, which said it was a CRANK SHAFT SENSOR! Robs mechanic performed the work for a fee of $156 and the vehicle has stalled at every stop since. ROB has suggested that I take it somewhere else to be CHECKED since he and his mechanics cant figure it out....and oh yea, I have to pay for everything! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS GUY OR HIS DEALERSHIP, MODERN DAY MOTORS!!!!

Hey Rob I just wanted to tell you thanks for being so good to our grandson. When we came to your lot to look at a 4x4 Chevy pickup, You had a truck that you had gone over, and was in great condition, oil changed, cleaned interior, lights, turn signals, brakes, every mechanical thing checked, and made sure of proper function. The truck was little out of our grandsons budget. He worked 2 summers doing asphalt work to save cash for a truck and you were more than willing to work with him. What surprised me was you were willing to make a little less profit, knowing you could do better. but instead you helped him get into the truck, and drive it home that day. Theirs not a lot of car dealers willing to do that anymore. So just wanted to say thanks again. Grandpa G

We have purchased our last several vehicles here, & I cannot imagine better service!!! This dealer looks for exactly what we need & bases his recommendations on that, addresses any questions or concerns with great attention to detail, & has kept us on the road back to his place for years! I have recommended Modern Day to friends (whove also had very positive experiences) & will continue to do so - This is a business that takes customer care seriously, & we are very, very satisfied repeat customers!

The experience of buying my boyfriends car from here was great. We were in a bit of a hurry because his previous car died out of nowhere. We were able to look at what was sitting on the lot a decide on what we wanted to test drive. Everyone was very up front as to what needed done and had been done to the vehicle. Over all this was a great experience. Friendly people that dont push you into anything like a big dealership would. I am recommending them to several more people I know who need cars.

I would highly recommend this shop it is a small family owned, and they ACTUALLY CARE about their customers. I have now personally purchased from them twice and they take good care of their customers. At least stop by and talk to them you wont be disappointed. Another good point, if they dont have what you want they will try and get it for you within your budget! **Edit now bought 3 cars from him, working on a 4th**
