If I could give this place no stars I would I went to the dealership on 2/20/2017 looked at a Nissan Pathfinder I put 1750 down but because of a ticket was waiting on my D6 clearance they told me the car is your I told them I woul be back in 2 days to pick up the car I returned on 2 days only to be told that they had accidentally sold my car the owner Sam told me dont worry I will get you something better he pulled up an all black 2016 Dodge Journey that he bought at an auction I said ok that will work he told me it will take 24 hours to get her a week and a half went by in this week and a half I had to rent a car now they still have my 1750 after a week and a half they tell me your car is ready I get to the dealership annnndddd this is not the car you showed me at all its a 2014 Dodge Journey it was still ok had minor thugs Sam told me he would fix but at that point it was the day before I was to go on a 3 week vacation to see my family up north so I said fine after I get back off vacation Sam and Rachel call me finance lady to tell me we dont have financing for you so Im looking like this is crazy they tell me to come in and they will again give me another car but cheaper I say ok I get a 2012 Nissan Quest I have that car for a week only to get a call yesterday from Rachel telling me Sam needs the car back at this point Im over this place I say ok I just want my money back her and Sam say ok we will have a check waiting for you and get one of are sales men to drive you back to work I get there get the check only to talk the check to cash and its a Bad Check I call Sam right back and he tells me that the check was not meant for me now it has my name on it with the amount 2000 of what I have them since on top of 1750 I had to give an extra 250 down when I got the quest he tells me that he cant give me back my money and now has refused to speak with me or take my calls RUN DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS I have gotten a lawyer Sam has court dates lined up already he has had complaints up the ass for his business practicals today I will be calling Chanel 4 news as well

My fiancé was looking at a truck at their yulee location. She was almost ready to sign the papers but wanted me to come check it out first. This truck was in rough shape, had dry rotted bald rear tires, the rear pinion seal was leaking, high pressure steering how was leaking, and the front sway bar end links had ZERO rubber in them. They were unable to produce any maintenance records and the ignition coils were OE so the plugs had never been touched in 140k. Which means they are going to break off in the heads costing thousands to repair. The tailgate was missing parts, the interior had random trim pieces gone with gaping holes there, the radio wasnt even bolted in and no stations worked, the drivers seat had a hole with metal sticking out that ripped her pants getting in it. When I brought all this to the salesmans attention he seemed more than willing to take care of any issues. When I asked about the total and what hes already tried to finance her for it totaled to 11,200$. For an 06 2wd f150 with 141000 miles in excellent condition is worth 7g. This one I would rate in fair condition at best which is worth even less. Not even considering the thousands of dollars in repairs it needed. Paul the salesman then cocked an attitude and didnt like it when I called him out about his lies of only making 400$ on this deal. These people are sketchy and I wouldnt suggest them to my worst enemy. They are getting a one star rating only cause negative number of stars isnt an option!!!!

Yulee Dealership..Worst ever, paid cash for a car and was told by the salesman Vic, everything (tax, tittle, tags, lic) was included in the price. I was very clear on everything being included. Get a call that I need to pay for the tags. I immediately called and spoke with Paul GM, who said he would check into it. I called back, they got Vic on the line who stated that he did not say that (LIAR) Our conversation went no where and he hung up the phone in my face. I called back to talk to Paul, and he nor Vic would come to the phone. Bad Customer Service, because although our conversation got elevated, I did not curse, no use of derogatory words, nothing degrading, just disagreement. Were adults, so they should have been able to work this out. They did not offer to make this right, or even offer to pay a portion since it was a misunderstanding on their part. I know what Vic said, and I would not be upset if he told me that the tags were separate. I had visited several dealerships and I told them all including Vic, that everything had to be included in the cash price. I told him we needed new tags, and it has to be in the price. Vic response was "I will take care of you, trust me". Well he lied, and the trust is broken. I am going to report them to the BBC and the Trade Commission and others. Theyre liars and bad business men. I will never purchase anything else from them.

Worst dealership ever!! They do not care about the customer at all!! All they want is your money. Once you sign them papers if you are not happy they dont care. I have had nothing but problems with them since the day I walked out the door. Everything they told me I would have walking out the door, Not true at all not even so much as the warranty I supposedly had on the car walking out the door. Everything about this place is horrible. Its like no one knows what they are doing. Everything that I have been through with this place is 100 percent their fault. I have not even got so much as an apology from them. They wont take blame for anything. All they do is be rude to you and tell you its your fault and you should know this. Well sorry people I dont work at a dealership, all I know is what they told us and none of it has been true. I own a business and deal with customers everyday and this is not how you treat people or run a business. I have literally cried about this whole overall situation. I thought you was suppose to be happy when you get a new car. We will never get another car from them or do I recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact I went to a real Nissan dealership and they told me they would have given me the same car for cheaper and less a month. Once again dont get a car from this place. Within a month you probably wont be happy anymore.
