The first purchase we made went fairly smooth. The second one has left a bad taste in my mouth. My girlfriend her daughter and I went to Langley Park Regency to get her daughter Jazman a bedroom set. We stood at the bedroom set she wanted and discussed getting "that" bedroom set for Jazman. When the delivery came it was some other bedroom set. We got the Manager Victor involved. In addition to being condescending, he told us if we wanted the set we wanted we would have to pay an additional $500. Thomas put down a different bedroom set than what we choose and to justify his ineptitude said my girlfriend and her daughter discussed it the evening before (which was completely irrelevant because it wasnt what we discussed or agreed to purchase on the day of the purchase). Victors other alternative was to refund our money minus a 30% cancellation fee. He justified his actions because the item numbers Thomas put on the invoice was for the other set we did not agree to buy, but since "thats " what was on the invoice then, "too bad, you signed it so thats what you got." (Like we were supposed to know a 9-12 digit number represented the set we didnt discuss that day.) We took it in good faith that Thomas listed the furniture we discussed and agreed to purchase. Victor is a crook and Thomas was unprofessional not even to apologize for an error on his part. Pauline repeatedly called their customer service who suggested she write the board of directors, which she did only to have her letter returned a month later because no one at Regency would sign for the letter. As it stands, we are going to end up forking over $500 more because 2+ months later we still have been unable to get any amicable resolution from their customer service who doesnt do anything but give lip service and Jazman still is without a bedroom set. I spent $2500 with them prior to this incident and Paulines boss had spent in excess of $3000 furnishing a company apartment. They do not appreciate our business and although we dont have much choice but to deal with these crooks one last time, after this, we will NEVER go to Regency again after the way we were treated. Dont bother telling me to contact customer service. Been there, tried that. If you dont like bad reviews then you should have dealt with the issue when we first brought the issue up.

Everyone is right! Worst experience ever at a sales store. And yeah, if you think the Comcast has the worst customer service and ikea sells some low quality furniture then do not try these people. I got a furniture from these people and when I opened it, it looked like a floor model and it was ripped at the side. I called customer service and just everyone says here, they were rude at basically told me that I was stupid for not checking the item before driving out of the warehouse. I tried explaining to her that it was extremely cold and they were box and the guy who brought them out even left them out for me to load and tie because he did not want to stay outside. She of course yelled at me and told me that it was not her problem and their policy states that once you move the item from their premises, they will not be responsible for anything. They refused to even repair or exchange. I called my sales guy and he told me that he understands why I am upset but really, the store does not care and even him telling a manager will not make any difference because he was used to such experiences where the store will not do anything about it. I asked for the manager and my salesperson assured me of the manager pissing me off more or insulting me more from his experience. I will be trying the manager today and update. Stay away from them because their items may look nice but they are really low quality and make sure you know what you are getting before you take it out.

Bought a bed there in March. Told the guy last thing I wanted was for it to be delivered in May because I was having a baby. JR assured me it would be there before then. So ends up while I am having my baby the furniture is being delivered so my dad cant even be there for the birth. Then I get home with my brand new baby and they delivered the wrong bed frame, meant for a platform bed! The mattresses went up to my chest. Had to take out box springs and have my husband and father fix everything to make it so we could have a place to sleep. Our room was a mess and I was in tears. We re-ordered the rails (and foot board which had been delivered DAMAGED) and 2 1/2 weeks later they bring in the same wrong rail! The manager Dana said it was his fault and said we would be compensated. My husband and I in the meantime are temporarily sent to California on Military TDY and we cant even rent out our place because we have no freaking bed! My father had to drive two hours both times on the subsequent deliveries and FINALLY they got us the right rails in JULY (we bought the bed in MARCH!) And for compensation they offer us $150 store credit Are you kidding? We lost so much money and time and had many sleepness night wondering if this company would ever get it right. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

Well at first I was very, very happy. When we went to the store the sales lady was extremely nice and helpful so where all the people around so that was great, then our furniture arrived the day it was set to arrive so that was awesome. We were just moving into our bew place so all week all I was doing was unpacking and organizing. I finally finished organizing and this week when I was cleaning my "new" furniture (btw we got a couch/sectional, a coffee table with matching side tables and a glass dining table with 4 chairs) so I was cleaning my dining room table when i notice something on one of my chairs and for a second i thought it was a piece of tape but no I was wrong one of my chairs had a patch and when you look at the chair from far you cant even notice but you can defenetely feel and see the patch from close and once I took a picture of it with the flash on you can clearly tell that the patch is covering a big ripe smh I was so in shock my husband couldnt believe it. Now we are afraid customer service will give us bs smh we paid for new furniture not used, damage furniture Im so dissapointed and hope to get help soon. If we cant get this solve we will never shop here again and we still need a lot of furniture for our house so it will be their lost.

This store is horrible and they have horrible customer service. They scam you into buying their furniture by giving you a shipping time of two weeks and then it takes more than two weeks to arrive. There are so many people working there you dont even know if you will find the person you dealt with at any given time. I would not recommend that you go to this furniture store at all. I am still waiting for my furniture but I feel that they deserve a review even before the full delivery, because I ought to inform and help deter people from his store. Note to owner: Read my name carefully, note it down, and when I come to your store today or I call today, you should have my couch ready for delivery. If I dont get a positive response or get bad customer service from your workers I am taking my review to Yelp and the Better Business Bureau serving greater Maryland, even if their services are as horrible as yours, I am going to leverage my concerns about your business through any website possible to get the word out about your services. Thank you and will also be contacting you at the email you have provided to other disgruntled customers.
