My initial rating was 1 star (would have been zero but you need at least one star to leave a review), but after issues were resolve I upped it to 2. Buyer beware!! To be honest, we obviously felt differently when we made our purchase. The store has a great selection of furniture, especially if you are going for a more modern/contemporary look in your home. Better than any other store we visited. Also, the pricing seemed fair. Long story short, we were promised two deliveries as we were told some of the furniture would not be in for 4 weeks, but most of it would be in in 2 weeks. We had just moved into a new house and had no furniture. After 2 weeks we call and leave a message. We call again, this time we get a call back and it sounds like the delivery is on, but they needed to check. We get a call back claiming there was a screw up, and after going back and forth several times, we were told the screw up was fixed, everything would be delivered the following week. The following week we call, no delivery. We get in our car, drive 40 minutes to the store. Talk with our salesman and the VP. Eventually we are told everything they have will be delivered in two days. That delivery did happen, and eventually they delivered the one item that had not shown up in time for the first delivery. Bottom line, while I hope it was just incompetence on their part, and a series of bad luck, usually if something walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck. Although our salesman promised us two deliveries, it seemed like he was doing so because he knew we would have gone elsewhere if he didn’t. We bought a ton of furniture; a large sectional with an ottoman, a sofa and matching loveseat, two accent chairs, a kitchen/dining table w/ 4 chairs and a bench, 2 kitchen island barstools, and a queen size bed, and they were not going to lose that sale because we could not wait 4 weeks on a delivery, so he told us what we wanted to hear, even though they had no intention of carrying though on the promise. Even our daughters picked up on that, but I expected him to keep his word. Supposedly when the first screw up came to light, he said the VP got involved to straighten it out, yet when we went into the store in person the VP claimed she only learned of our situation 15 minutes earlier. Someone is lying. Not enough characters allowed here to give the full experience, but we feel like we were lied to to close the sale, we were lied to multiple times after, and they even lied right to our faces. Not only by our salesman, but by the VP as well. Right from the beginning they didnt want the cost of the second delivery even though they promised it to us, and had we not gone in in person, face to face with the VP, I am positive they would have jerked us around until they could have made just one delivery. Now that we have the furniture, we are happy with it. I would buy from Ashley again, just maybe not this store, and I will make sure I have all promises in writing. Their service after the sale is nonexistent.

I bought furniture from Ashley 7 years ago and it was great quality. My husband and I bought more furniture for house this year and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Every single piece of furniture we received was damaged. Most of it was scratched, some had nicks in the wood as well. The couch cushions are extremely hard (which I understand is normal) but they wear out very easily and then make a "crunching sound." We have made multiple phone calls, pretty much getting nowhere and getting no return call. A guy was sent to our house to fix the damaged furniture which really meant spray painting the scratches. The drawers to our dresser were all damaged. They said they would sent replacement drawers, which they did, but the drawers were a COMPLETELY different set than what we had. So, we had to make more phone calls. The right drawers were finally sent and even they were all damaged. The manager (after about a month) finally decided to give us a $300 credit (not much of a credit compared to the $6,000 we spent). I am extremely disappointed. The quality of their furniture has gone down the toilet and I will NEVER buy from there again and urge everyone else not to either. I could have bought better furniture at a freight place for about half, if not a fourth, of the cost. Ashley- you have lost a very loyal customer as well as my family and friends.

We got our couch & loveseat from Ashley & they are so comfortable! They have held up well so far (about 6 months) with our 2 dogs that love to play on them, but we did splurge for the extra protection incase the cushions do rip. We had 1 cushion rip at the side seams after about 2 months (probably not the greatest workmanship), but we had no problem getting a replacement. We also got our coffee table & side tables from Ashley & they are holding up great too! We dont expect this furniture to last forever, but we didnt spend a lot on it either, so for us it is definitely worth it! We just ordered a new bed frame & headboard from there as well, but have yet to assemble it. There are always plenty of employees in the store if you have questions, but they dont hound you if you just want to browse…very nice! Furniture isnt customizable here (what you see is what you get), but for the price point, you cant beat it!

I was looking all over for furniture, tried Bobs Discount, Unclaimed Freight, the big stores like Boscovs etc. Everywhere i went the employees hounded me nonstop and kept asking questions just would let me look around. At Ashley I asked the employee to just let me be and i would find them when i was ready and as they did check in on occasion they left me alone to find what i wanted. they also worked with me to get me the best deal and pricing. we sat and talked through the options and how i wanted to handle delivery and payment. best part was they put me in for early delivery and i got a call in 3 days that they had my furniture ready to deliver and it was free delivery! Def a great experience to just shop and find what you want plus they had a better selection for dinning tables and sofas that fit my space well.

Dont listen to the bad reviews on here they are lying. I had a wonderful experiance with Ashleys when I purchased my sectional and ottoman. I shopped around at N.B. Leibman, LaZBoy, Wolfs, even Value City(terrible) and Ashleys had the perfect sectional for my small space! My sales associate Miles was very friendly, helpful and not pushy like most furniture stores sales people are. All the employees Ive talked to in Ashleys were all friendly and helpful. The price was just right and the delivery was a breeze, they where very careful not only with my new sectional but our house. The quality of the furniture is very nice for the price. I will be visiting Ashleys again when I decided to get a new bedroom set.
