When i decided i wanted to purchase a tree frog for my first time, the staff made sure i had the correct set up. They even showed concern about me taking the from home on a cold winter day. I wanted 2 frogs and unfortunately they only had one. I went to competitor for the other frog and they did not seem to care about how the frog would be handled or its set up. They didnt ask me one question. It made me happy knowing that their staff showed compassion for their animals, as if it was their own

Awesome selection of holistic dog food! Some of the people are very educated on animals, others not so much! However, the service is very friendly and the stock boys do walk around and ask if you need help which is great due to the weight of large cat food bags and dog food bags with how much they weigh per pound. I have been going here once a week for dog food and cat food for the last 7 years and I will continue to be a pet supplies plus member!

Convenient location, monthly low cost nail clipping & shot clinics, friendly, helpful store staff. Well supplied for food, litter, grooming necessities. Cooperate with cat adoption. Scratch post & carrier choices limited. Toys & accessories too expensive. Independent in-house groomers a plus and affordable, though schedule somewhat erratic. Good neighbohood pet stop.

It can be a little difficult to turn into depending on the time of day if youre going westbound on Ogden but Pet Supplies Plus is a great addition to the area without a Petsmart close by. From great pet food choices to adoption events to toys to a grooming department they do a great job at being able to take care of their customers.

This PSP is kinda small so they dont carry as much as all the others in the surrounding area. Staff is nice and friendly but the store itself is kinda crappy. Even the local store down the street carries more options. I still go there because its the closest one to my house but personally just dont like the store.

This store has an awesome selection of quality pet items. My only complaint about this place is that there is a large amount of employee turnover and it upsets me when they get rid of a great employees that really know the customers well.

Some of the pets are damaged. Not sure if its the people shipping them or the store handlers. Maybe someone in between but, its not acceptable. The manager there is pretty knowledgeable about pet care though.
