Wouldnt even give this place a star . At first everyone way FAKING FRIENDLY until I asked to see a dog . Me and my husband just bought a house and are looking for a puppy to grow with out 6m old were been planing for a while and are opened minded to any dog that catches our attention we stopped by this location and 2 dogs caught our eye . The first one was no problem and when we asked to see the second one the fist last said oh I cant bring him out he might get sick maybe tomorrow , I just came 1 hour away to get told nooooo about a dog Im interested in ! so then the manager walked by I asked to see the puppy again and was told no unless we took him home today ? WTF ARE YOU SERIOUS ? Is it because were young and you think were a joke or how can I possible take home a dog if I havent met him and how are you telling me the only way I could see him is if I bring him home I LOVED THE PUPPY AND IM SURE I WOULD OF BROUGHT HIM HOME IF WE WOULD OF GOT SOME PLAY TIME & maybe got to met without pressure that I had to take him home extremely unprofessional what do you have the dog on display for is you want no one to see him ? Serious inquires only , I think for someone is stoping by and visiting your shop and ASKING TO SEE THE DOG ITS A SERIOUS INQUIRE .

Came to look at a puppy and purchase same day if we found the right one. Once inquired about a potential pup we were interested in, the sales associate told me "oh the puppies are for seriously buyers only" " we dont take them out for play" "They sometimes get sick from to the stresses of handling" I did notice associates wiping puppies faces and paws before letting them out of their cages. Another puppy store in St Charles didnt wipe the puppies since the puppies werent messy or sick. I totally understand if we werent serious buyers. Instead of explaining that we were genuinely interested. We left not because of the customer service but of the puppies living conditions were not up to standards. We will take our business to a breeder.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My friend and I went in there a few weeks ago, had no problems, the owner was very nice and helpful. I came back yesterday and the same owner did not recognize me and refused service. She was very very rude and assumed I was just looking at dogs although I was interested to buy that very day. I will NEVER go back because of that useless and stuck-up owner. She really should consider learning her manners because I am just sick with how she treats her dogs and customers. I suggest for anyone who is looking to buy a puppy to go to the Happiness is Pets in naperville, which is on ogden, only a mile or two away from this one.

NEVER BUY A PUPPY FROM HERE. In 2011, we bought a cavapoo there and turns out he was from a "breeder" named Steven Kruse. 4 days after we brought him home, he got sick and died at the vet. According to medical records, he had two cases of kennel cough and an eye infection before being adopted. All the dogs are from puppy mills. Never EVER buy from them.

We went in yesterday to look at a puppy and when we went to play with the puppy, she smelt terrible. She was sitting in a wired cage by herself in her own filth. They all were. Its cruel frankly. I would never and will never buy and dog from here with how they mistreat these animals. Its heart breaking.

Horrible is too kind of a description to give to this place and places like it. Dogs are not treated well and sold by kids who do not know anything about them. If you dont care where your pet came from or the condition the sire and dam live in, then by all means by here.

Stopped in out of curiosity. Puppies were in cramped cages with wire floors. They did not have any cushion to separate them from the metal. They also did not have any access to food or water. Please do not support a business that likely gets their puppies from a mill.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not support this business. These puppies are often sick and from puppy mills or irresponsible breeders. If you want a puppy, check out Dog Patch in Naperville on Ogden. All of their dogs and puppies are rescued.

They buy their puppies cheap from puppy mills. They come with no papers and the puppies parents are kept in horrible conditions, used as breeding robots to sell. HORRIBLE PLACE!
