used to love this store but with rising prices seems less exotic fish and most of all lack of "over and beyond service" used to be people would knw about the animals and fish they sold and carry a convo with them which some still do. but what really gets me is I showed up at 3:01 on Sunday when they close at 3 after calling and asking that i was on my way and they stated they would not be there by 3:05 but not willing to help at 3:01 for 2 bales of straw (which they didnt even ask just a wave through the door) guess ill keep going to Big R... its a buck cheaper anyhow just a longer drive for me

Prices are high on all of the dog food/supplies. Their fish only have a 24 hour return policy. So if the fish gets stressed from being in a new tank after 2 days, your just out that money. So flip a coin... Petco and Petsmart both have 30 day return policy. Everyone there is nice though and helpful, so sometimes when you dont want to drive to Shorewood, its convenient.

Went into this store for the first time today. The store was clean and well organized. The prices are a little high, but I dont mind because everyone who worked there were very nice and knowledgeable. Its a nice place to visit to get your dog a treat after visiting the dog park down the street.
