This place was nothing but a headache. I was looking for a bed I applied for the financing I was approved then they said I couldnt use my netspend card account where my Checks get disposited so I went and got my account information from my fifth third bank account. I went back the next day around 6:15pm they had the doors locked I called up there and someone told me they close the doors early to get customers out by 7pm so that was a wasted trip. I went back on my next day off with my information for them to tell me they cant find my file I would have to reapply which that time I might not be approved again because I just applied. I got denied that time and then they told me I would have to come back in 30 days and try again. Needless to say I will not waste my time with this company anymore. I ended up going to Gardner white and got approved for $1300. With no headaches and no hassles! And was able to get a bed, a box spring, a headboard, a couch and a chair. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I went into the store and was greeted by a lady who seemed very rude at the time, must have been having a bad day. I asked her for help and got a rude look, then after 10 minutes she finally came over to help me. I was shopping for a queen size bed and a sofa set. I asked the lady about the other store in the plaza and they had nothing but bad remarks to say. I left the store and went to check out their competition, regardless, of what the sales lady said, the other store inside the same plaza, staff was very friendly and very patient with me and their furniture was nice and good quality for the cheaper price. I shopped there..The staff at this store is very rude and degrade their competition..Why do that?

This place is ridiculous the store closes at 7pm i get there at 645 willing to spend 3 to 4 hundred dollars on some matreses and a very rude security guard says they are closed. So I call to speak ro a manager and she says they wouldnt help me because they are trying to go home. I want to the competition and was welcomed. I hope this reaches the right people because if you dont help the customer you wont have a business or the salesperson wouldnt have a JOB.

A hidden gem! No fancy show room or sales people in suits but great furniture at rock bottom prices. No pressure store full of friendly people. We bought a couch / love seat and recliner for $1000 of medium grade furniture. They had another set that was total plywood construction (highest grade) that we liked that was another $200 but we liked the medium grade set better. I could not find good used furniture at these prices.

Much better prices than Art Van and Value City. Do not let the delivery person leave without thourogly inspecting your furniture. Bought a sofa and loveseat and the sofa was damaged and they keep giving me the run around about replacing it. Beware. They are very friendly before they take your money, but not very efficient at solving the problem once you discover an issue with your purchase.

Great prices for new furniture. The entire staff is very friendly, and makes every customer feel welcome, without the overbearing badgering that you get at Art Van. Carl was awesome to work with from start to finish. He gives his honest opinion, and isnt remotely pushy. The delivery team was on time, courteous, and didnt leave any kind of a mess after installation.

This place has a phenomenal staff and phenomenal furniture my experience with Shay, well she was extremely knowledgeable and she did an amazing job. Romeo and Juliet furniture is great, it took no time at all to get approved for the furniture that I wanted and I would highly recommend everyone to enjoy the same shopping experience than I enjoyed.

It was awesome. I was able to look at everything without noone bugging us...when i decided I was donne a awesome saleslady helped with matching everything up. Again with no pressure. Very relaxing and the prices are awesome. Many thanks to the sales lady. Much better service and prices then Gardner white or art van.

I love this store! We brought a living room and dinning room set, for a decent price and I love my furniture! The staff was awesome as well, they delivered it the next day, the delivery guys were fantastic. I do recommend this store and I will be returning. Thank you!

This store is a hidden gem. I happen to see a rug that I liked from a commercial and thought I take a chance a visit the store. Needless to say I found the perfect rug and runner. Thank You Romeo and Juliet!!! The Gentlemen that helped was very nice as well.

couch couldnt fit they just left me hanging 500 $ couch couldnt get nth smaller. they care less they only nice to get u to buy. cuz when I called back with this problem there was no more niceness they couldnt even help me left me hanging never again

I was approved the first time i was coaxed in, then when i came back to actually shop, they were confused and didnt seem to know what they were doing and just ended up saying i was no longer approved. Waste of my time.

The salesman Carl is VERY patient. I am an indecisive person and made at least 6 changes over the course of my lay-a-way. Each time he showed no attitude. They are very professional and I am certainly going back.
