At first, I didnt think it was fraud. I figured it was a mistake. Even though they charged me a lot of money to apply protective coating to my new chair, and that application was CLEARLY not done, I thought that I could talk to them about it if I called right away. Nope. Talked to 3 different people, at Customer Service and the store. No one is the least interested in whether they delivered what they sold, or if they defrauded their customer. They wont even listen. Left messages for the salesman and manager, but got no reply. When the salesman was showing the treatment, his fabric wouldnt take on a stain if it tried. MY chair did not survive the first 5 minutes of the first person who sat in it. Nothing is repelled, and nothing wipes off easily. Now, the chair is 8 days old and has all kinds of spots already. The chair itself is cheaply made, & its really disappointing. Its uncomfortable, and when you lean on the arms to stand, you can feel the frames of the arms. But I picked that chair, & I own the outcome. What is disappointing is the NOT DELIVERING WHAT THEY SOLD. Buyer, BEWARE !!!

BEFORE YOU BUY READ: we have had our recliner for 1 in a half years now and the buttons are falling off and the mechanism under the chair is malfunctioning and I call to The Polaris location where we purchased from spoke to a gentleman who said he WAS THE STORE MANAGER and I was wanting to speak to him about having them take care of it and of course its out of the 1 year warranty and for them to repair it they want us to pay someone $109 per hour to come out to our house to fix it, AND THATS NOT to say that it will be fixed they said and if its more than an hour we have to pay for an additional hour but on top of that if they CANT FIX IT we are still suppose to pay them for their time of useless service.. They cant guarantee that they can Stick a button back on my chair...JUST WOW!!! So if you hire a cater to cook for your wedding lets say and they show up but dont provide you with their service and to feed your guest ,Should you pay them? LAZY BOY THINKS SO... LAZY BOY FOR LAZY ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE..

They treated my mother horribly on their mistake. She ordered a tan chair custom order. When they attempted to deliver it she refused the gray chair they brought. She went in to speak to Chris the manager and he was rude. Never said happy holidays or anything. She said she would dispute the charge with her credit card and he said thats fraud. He wouldnt help her in any way. They told her she had to take it. She said I am leaving for a 3 month stay in another state. He said "3 months maam". Yes people leave for 3 months away from Ohio. He said its correct on the receipt. How is my mom suppose to know what the part number is if she ask for tan. The swatch they have is tan and without even saying I havent seen it he tells her she is wrong. Boo Chris for not having training in Customer Service. Never use them, cause if they mess up its blamed on you.

There is a fee for service calls after a limted time from date of purchase. Be sure to ask about the warranty and service call fees on your choice furniture.

The manager Chris, is awesome. Very educated and helpful, and you can tell he has taught his employees well. A great leader, and takes care of his customers. If you ever need furniture, go here. Their quality is spectacular, with a wide variety and selection. Whether it be a lazy boy, or a entire family room suit, this is the place to go.

Frustrating. This store has the "regular retail price" listed at $100 over what other stores in the area and in the state have listed for the same item. Then they give you a 20% "discount." How about starting out at the same price as all of the other stores and using a smaller, more honest discount amount?

Prices were too steep and even worse than other local Columbus La-z-Boy locations. The manager jacked up prices and would not break down the costs with us because he knew that he had the prices higher than a normal La-z-Boy store. We took our business to the Hamilton Rd location instead.
