I surely was nice not to be swarmed with sales people that only want your money and not worried what your needs are like most other stores we have in the local area without mentioning any names. Our sales person was Diane and she was very professional and helpful who answered many and all questions I had and showed us around almost the whole store for an hour or so before we found the recliner that met our needs. Great Place , Will return again...

Nice furniture on floor. Friendly sales staff. Beware if you want anything that is not already at their wearhouse and you have to special order it and tell you 4 to 6 weeks to get it. NOTE: They will not call to tell you if it is on backorder and may take up to 6 months to get it. Also I suggest you read reviews on this company before you shop there . I wish I had. I was surprised on how many negative reviews there were. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Horribly disappointed with a man that spoke to me at the Sterling Heights store. He was highly arrogant and disrespectful. I thought I liked the furniture there because the selection of stores is limited but I have no reason to return. I didnt think he was being honest with me and it was difficult to get accurate information while interacting in regards to my designs and plan. Sincerely let down.

Well its been ten weeks since I ordered my recliner. Still not in. They charged me $40 to pick it up in the same store I bought it or I was told I could drive to Ohio to pick it up to save the $40. What a joke. I worked in the furniture business for 10 years and this is just poor business.

Sales representative was not willing to work with me at all on the price so I went elsewhere. Otherwise decent show room but they push there custom fabrics a little too much.
