Ive now had two experiences with this store in which my order arrived late, slightly melted, and missing pieces. This last time, I was not given the toppings I had ordered even though I was charged - I then called the store and they said that they would send out the topping soon. Thirty minutes later, I called again, and they said that it would be another 15 minutes - to me, this means that they had forgotten about the order, since the cookie dough is surely not something they make from scratch. Although the food is good (what actually arrived), Ive had enough experiences with this store that its made me wary. The cookie dough finally arrived - its a fourth as much as it should have been for what I was charged for, but Im too tired for the night.

If I could, I would give Insomnia Cookies a -5 star review. We have currently been waiting 2 hours for cookies. When we called to cancel the order after waiting for an hour, they would not let us cancel the order without telling the delivery driver that we wanted to cancel. We just wanted to get a refund, but they refused to do so, and tried giving us a coupon instead. After explaining that we would not be making another purchase after this experience, and many others like it, they still would not give us a refund. They are overpriced, and not worth the wait. There needs to be better customer servie, along with better solutions for waiting for 2 hours for cookies.. Too many things need to be fixed.

Incredible cookies! Theyre not the cheapest, and they can take a little while depending on when you order (Ive had orders take 30 minutes; Ive had orders take over 2 hours. Just under an hour is about average), but theyre very good, and I like being able to choose a wide variety of cookies. Theres usually some kind of deal going on that helps with the price a bit, which is nice. Overall, pretty good for cookies that you can get at 3 oclock in the morning!

This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever come across. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered cookies for delivery only to have them delivered 2-3 hrs later! The customer hotline was very courteous(hence the one star) however the excuse I was given was they only had 1 driver! Really? Really? A business that specializes in cookie delivery cant keep drivers. Sounds like low wages and poor management!

Ive been waiting an hour and twenty minutes on an order that was estimated at 30 minutes. I call customer service and they tell me my order isnt in the system and that I just have to re-order my cookies and that it was my fault for not writing down the reference number and had an attitude.... Dont think Ill be ordering from here again.

Pretty great cookies and I like that they have some occasional deals on their website if you order delivery. Service is very iffy but I can only imagine what life must be like for a late night cookie store thats right behind Two Keys. Some of the worst people to deal with as a worker end up drunk and all over that entire block.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My order never got delivered after being on hold for 30 minutes yesterday and finally talking to someone she reassured me my order would get there the next day. Well it hasnt. Id like a full refund and a free cookie cake! This whole experience was horrible.

Disappointing. Went at 8:30. We were looking at the menu. The girl says "you trying to decide? Well heres all the cookies I have left so that should me it easier". Your open for another 6 hours and youre out of all their cookies but 3, and didnt seem in a hurry to make more..

I ordered my food at 10:20 and its 12:40 and I still dont have my order.... Ive called three times and the best solution they could give me was cancel my order or wait for it... I will not be ordering from here again

Their delivery service SUCKS, their customer service as well. I was sick and made an order, they didnt figure out how to bring it (which is like 3 minutes away driving), but still charged me.... awful experience....

My cookies arrived cold and rock solid after 2 and a half hous of waiting. Definitely not worth the wait. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for all your cookie needs.
