I always can tell when people who dont bake give a review of a bakery...this is dry that isnt toothache sweet...well I bake from scratch and can say that this cake bakery is delicious. Cake moist yet rich and flaky. Frosting has nice consistency and balance of fat and sweet. And when you order cake thats what you get not frosting with a side of cake. I only get cake here and am always satisfied. BTW folks cupcakes are supposed to be a little drier than cakes...otherwise they would fold under a butter based frosting. Now shortening frosting totally different so before you dissed the cake find out the whole story...what kind of frosting, shelf life, refrigerate or no... *smooches*

great customer service but very disappointed in the cake it was cold dry crumbly and frosting was hard the other doctor in my office who told me to order party cakes from there (came to try a piece before placing cake orders) tried it and said that the cake usually doesnt taste like that and swears by how good youll cakes are (few patients employees agreed aswell) so I honestly believe I might just got a slice that just came out the fridge or old spice anywho love the location and shop.

This place just made my night! Its my birthday, we were running late at dinner with the kids (3 of them) Piece of Cake held their doors open a few extra minutes for my husband so I could have cake on my birthday. Not to mention I crave their caramel cake all the time (even when Im not pregnant, haha!). The cake is marvelous. Any kind Ive tried has been so good. And obviously the people who work there care about their customers. I will definitely be going back!

Normally when I purchase a whole cake or a slice Ive been satisfied. I purchased a slice of carrot cake and it was moist and delicious. The slice of key lime cake was old and hard, the taste was different. Im not turned off though, I would still purchase from POC. Just hoping I dont get any flack when I return bad slice to the store.

I ordered/purchased a cake from Piece of Cake on Mount Vernon in Dunwoody, GA for my Mothers 75th birthday. It was possibly the worst cake Ive ever taken a bite of. After spending over $40.00 for this terrible cake, no one ate it and it was thrown in the trash. I would not recommend purchasing a cake from Piece of Cake, Inc.

I have been to several bakeries in the past 5 years! The cupcakes are not as moist as I would prefer but its still a good place to grab something thats semi sweet. If you like rich bold flavors this may not be the bakery for you.

Love, Love, Love this place. The best cake ever!! I always suggest to my guests when in town to try them out and my company always order Birthday Cake from here. The Coconut is the BEST!!!
