Piece of Cake is by far the most tasty bakery experience Ive ever had. On my first visit, I purchased one of each Red Velvet, Banana, and Peanut Butter cake slices. I wanted to try a variety of different flavor to better form an opinion on the cakes. My random selection of cake choices made be a believer in the best cake category for Piece of Cake. The Peanut Butter Cake was very moist. The frosting was creamy with an occasional nut or peanut butter lump inside for a bit of texture here and there. This cake reminded me of the peanut butter cake/bar served occasionally during my elementary school years. The Banana cake was just as moist with a mild banana flavor. Because the banana flavor wasnt so strong, I really enjoyed this cake slice more than Id anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised by how light, airy and tasty this Banana Cake turned out. Now, for the Red Velvet Cake, I wasnt disappointed. Hands down my mom makes the best Red Velvet Cake with pecan added to the frosting, but Piece of Cakes version was pretty good. The cake was slightly more dense than the other two slices mentioned earlier, but this is characteristic of a properly made Red Velvet cakes. The cream cheese icing on this cake could have used a tad bit MORE cream cheese and a little LESS sugar. All in all, Piece of Cakes is my go to spot for satisfying my sweet tooth.

Let me preface this by saying, Im a little picky when it comes to cake. I like it super moist and full of flavor. I like my chocolate to taste like chocolate and be moist....That being said it was pretty good but definitely not the best. The Chocolate cake was just not very chocolatey!! I actually LOVED my sons Cookies and Cream cake the best!! It was super moist and delicious. The Red Velvet Cake was okay as well....The staff were 5 stars! They were very helpful and friendly! Im sure Ill be back for the Cookies and Cream cake!!

I havent tried the cake yet. But my flight was delayed and I was going to barely make it to the Collier location on time. I called of course to let them know. I arrived at 6:30 on the dot. The lady behind the counter was sweet and was not in the slightest irritated. Thank you for your excellent customer service! ** Update the cake was amazing!! Huge hit with the birthday girl!!**

The cake is absolutely delicious! I have only purchased it by the slice. The white chocolate cake by far is my all time favorite, followed closely by the cookies in cream. I have tried a variety of other flavors along with various cupcakes. Im not sure how they handle returning cake that is not fresh or moist. It has happened to me and I just lived with it.

The chocolate chip cookies were the best!!! Only one was not as fresh. I also tried the red velvet, which was average; the cake itself was moist but the cream cheese icing was lacking. This months featured cake was the lemon, but like my cookie it was not as fresh!!!

Everything Ive tried from here so far has been excellent. The strawberry cake has actual strawberries in it, and the same deal with the pineapple. Their buttercream icing is delicious. My two favorites are strawberry and white chocolate slices. Yum!

I was soooo disappointed tried to get a piece of cake today and the lady i guess closing literally walked a customer out and locked the door in front of me. I dont understand why the main location closes before the rest! Horrible experience!!!!
