had the worst auto zone experience and i never stepped foot in the door...i pulled in the parking lot at 9:54PM. knowing they close at 10pm i was a little sorry that i had to show up so late because Ive worked in retail and know you just want to leave...but the lights were still on as i parked my car. when i went to get out of my car the employee turned the lights off on me mind you by this time it was 9:55 still enough time to get me a part when i had the part number and already knew they had the part in stock because i had checked prior to going. when your store says your open till ten please dont allow your employees to close on a customer who is about to walk in the door. this store will never see my face again ill go out of my way to Allentown or Quakertown from now on. or maybe just go to advance auto down the street... this was my first time at this store...and it will be my last.

Customer service was terrible! I told the guy an animal died in my air vent and asked if they could get it out and he laughed at me. He laughed even more after checking with his manager and said, "We have products you could get" and I told him I have products, and that I needed them to help me remove the damn thing. He said no!!!!!!!

Bppadq custo,er service, a whole family works here so the stand around talking instead of taking care of clients, do not go there in a hurry average wait time is 10 minutes
