I had broken a lens of my Georgio Armani Sunglasses when I fell in July 2014. I was going to toss the glasses. They sat on the kitchen counter for quite sometime. A couple of weeks ago, about January 20, I asked about lens replacement, a very charming young man helped me. I ordered my new lenses and am excited to get them. Last week after an eye exam, I received a prescription for Reading Glasses. Again, I went to Dr. Goldstones Office and was greeted very happily and taken right to a lovely young lady, who helped me to find a Jazzie pair of readers. I can see her bright smile ... and have a wonderful memory of that exam. I am eagerly waiting for my new reading glasses. Initially, when we moved to Long Beach many years ago, I had always gotten my glasses at Dr. Goldstone @ Cherry & Carson... At some point, I had to go to another Eye Dr., as my Insurance wouldnt cover work done there. When I had to change to another Eye Glass Doctor, I was not happy. All my experiences with Dr. Goldstones office and personnel have been wonderful. They are very conveniently located to our home and a spot of Sunshine whenever I drop by ... one time a year or so ago, while driving down Cherry Avenue ... My left lens fell out of the frame ... a screw not only came loose, but popped out. At that time, I had gotten my glasses from another Vision Center, but that didnt matter. I was given assistance immediately ... I love Dr. Goldstone and his personnel. They are a bright spot in my sometimes chaotic life. Thank you guys!!! I applaud your professionalism and caring personnel. I am Nancy Koelling ...and my husband, Ron, likes you guys too!

I took my 83 year old mother to this office because when I take her outside she had difficulty seeing things clearly and was having a hard time focusing the flowers in the garden. She thought she needed a new prescription. Her examination seemed to go well. The doctor took her glasses and left the room. When she came back we were told she did not really need a new prescription. Her problem was with scar tissue and cataracts. OK. Understood. Glad to nail down the problem so we can make a plan. My mom was complaining about her vision more all the time, and I keep explaining to her about what the eye doctor said......when I realized she was not wearing her own glasses! OMG! Whos glasses were these? I looked everywhere for her glasses and asked the whole family if they had seen them, and where did she get these glasses she was wearing.....? How in earth could she get a strange pair of glasses? None of us even wear glasses! We have had no visitors who wear bifocals. Thinking back to all the places she had been where she could have left her glasses was easy. She had only been to the Vision Center. No place else. My mom has Alzheimers, does not drive, and does not go out very often because she is in a wheel chair. If she goes anywhere at all I am the one who takes her. Even her doctor comes here to the house. She did not exchange glasses with the mail man, I can tell you that. I called the vision center and spoke with people there, but they had no lost and found and no left-over glasses. No ideas. Right. I never received a call back from them about her glasses. So, one star is too many.

Muy mala experiencia y servicio pésimo yo de mi parte no lo recomiendo ya he tenido comentarios de otras personas de ese lugar espere casi 3 meses. Para que me entregarán una cochinada de lentes y se hacian.....todo el tiempo le hecharon la culpa a mi aseguranza tengo entendido q luego se cobran con todo tipo de aseguranzas o Medical la verdad no recomiendo ese lugar. Se hechan la culpa todos y no saben ni que nomas cobran aparte lo que paga uno. No importa el pago sino que esten pendiente del pasiente.

I took in my prescription for a new pair of safety glasses. They told me it should take about 2-3 weeks to receive them. A week later they left me a message saying something was left out on the order. First off, I verified everything was correct, second, why did they wait a week to get in contact with me to let me know something was wrong. So it just hit 1 month, and they just received them in. But now my shift changed and I have no time to pick them up. If they would have been on it like they should have, I would have already had my new safety glasses! In my opinion, they have good communication, but the people their are lazy, and everything is overpriced!!!

Wow, what a great office, love the energy and professionalism here. I really appreciate your team being knowledgeable on the latest procedures and products. Your selection of frames were great. Im so use to wearing my basic little square frames, but Ms. T showed me a different style that really fit my face. I love them, actually I came back for another style later and decided I should write about it. Thanks again, I got Some nice compliments on what my friends say is a new look. My experience with this optometrist and his staff has been nothing short of excellent. I had an issue with an offsite lab following the last visit and Dr. Goldstones office couldnt have been more efficient and helpful. In fact, I would say they went "above and beyond." If youre fortunate enough to get Miguel as the technician following the exam, youve found an attentive, caring individual and true professional. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for good customer service, quality eyewear and professional physicians and staff.

I have been going tyo Dr. Goldstones since the late 1970s, and basically have no complaints. Once, approx 2 years ago, a delay problem with their Lab, offsite, however thats been straightened out. Dr. Goldstone Sr. is one of the finest, most talented, plus public relations orientated (should have been an actor) optometrist I have ever known. I cant say enough. Adele, his Office Mgr; and optical tech; is the best of the best! famous Jazz drummer/band leader: Keith A. Hoffmann (All That Jazz Swing Band) now in Redondo Beach, CA.

My experience at Dr. Goldstones was excellent. I and my family have been a patients for many, many years. And will continue to be a patients. The doctors address all of my and my familys needs and they care about us as patients. The doctors dont just try to shuffle you in and out they genuinely ask if you have any questions and if all of your needs have been met. Going to Dr. Goldstones is the right choice for someone who wants a Dr. who will treat you not only as a patient but as a friend also. Thanks Dr. Goldstone and staff

Fantastic experience. I went to get new glasses and was welcomed immediately. Everyone is friendly and very professional. The doctor who examined my eyes was thorough and answered all my questions. There were many samples of frames and I was given as much time as needed to pick the ones I felt comfortable with. Im very satisfied with Dr. Goldstone Vision Center and would recommend to everyone. The office is clean and well maintained.
