They suck big time! If u need glasses run, run, run fast as u can from this place. The manager is nice when shes making the sale, but if u have any issues she will switch up on you quick. Start trying to over talk you and down talk you. I came in to buy glasses for my son, he wasnt with me. I said I was thinking about 2 different pair I suggested waiting until he is with me to order. She encouraged me to hurry and buy now because they were on sale. She said that I can always just get a refund. When I came for the refund, at 1st she said all I can do is switch out the frames. She kept trying to give me all kinds of options other than a refund, she was looking angry and I reminded her of our conversation where she encouraged me to buy and then come back for a refund. The glasses are hurting my son and he chose to keep the other pair. Now she tells me I have to wait and get a check in 7-10 days because unpaid with cash. That makes no sense! Very angry! I also noticed a couple times she kept adding upgrades to my order. I had to tell her to remove the upgrades several times. She adds upgrades without discussing the options or the costs. Im here now waiting to get a hold of the corporate office

the worst walmart ever.. No help whats so ever.. i try to call the store and you have to wait over n hour n u still dont speak to no one,..they hang up.. Walmart prides itself of providing good employees doing background checks but wtf does that matter when u got frakin idiots in the 1st place that didnt even complete a highschool diploma.. I HATE THIS STORE>< they never have enough people working the registers.. ur waiting in a welfare line every time.. 24 lanes.. with 2 cashiers..are u serious..then they hire people that are older than dirt and also incompetent assholes.. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!

I love Dr. Marianne Tran at the Vision Center, but the front desk of the doctors office is always a nightmare. Kim (I believe thats her) is SO rude and incompetent. Get a new job, Kim. Preferably something where you are isolated from other people.
