I cant say enough about the whole staff at Dr. Gottliebs office. Starting with Larry and Donald throughout all the employees. I have been seeing Dr. Gottlieb for over 15 years. He has always been professional and looked out for my best interests. Larry tried to fit me with contact lenses and wouldnt give up. I know this was a great cost to him with repeated appointments and new products. He even had Donald try, but I am a hard case so took a breather. Years later, we tried a new product, but I have to commend Dr. Hoang for realizing it just wouldnt work. Again, I know Larry took a beating, but he wanted to try and accomplish my goal of not having to wear glasses. Last year, I opted for PRK in my worst eye at NVision Eye Centers, who are also great. I had complications, and dropped in Dr. Gottliebs office at the end of the day. Dr. Lee saw me immediately, diagnosed the problem and initiated a course of action. I credit her with saving my eye. In closing, I cant help mention the office staff with Stephen and Jason, as well as the receptionists. They are the best and I refer all my friends to Dr. Gottliebs office for their eye needs.

I have been a a patient with Dr. Gottlieb for five years and I have some unique issues in that I travel and live overseas and when Im home he has taken care of me. The most important quality I like in my doctors is they are personable and straight forward with their diagnoses. Well in this case I feel Ive gotten more and if I had to recommend an eye doctor to any of my friends or associate Id wouldnt hesitate to send them to him.

I bought sunglasses through Dr. Gottliebs office and they ordered the wrong lenses. They treated me like I was an idiot and there is only one kind of lens in the world. I took the glasses back three times and they never fixed them. They pretended to change them, but did nothing the two times. The last time they tinted the lenses so dark that it feels like night time. I would not purchase glasses from this office.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Gottlieb in Lakewood for years and been very satisfied with the eye examination doctors and staff. Very thorough processes throughout the examination session. If we had any concerns in the past Jason S. was right on the spot to assist us with adjustments to our glasses, etc. Jason always has a positive attitude each time we have our yearly examination.

I went into the office about a month ago and originally saw Dr. Gottlieb. He was a little rude (maybe a bad day) and I went in for a follow up for my contacts with the other Dr. (I believe here name was Dr. Sai? Tsai?) and she was a very sweet woman. The service was great. The girls that helped me were nice. Overall good place to go. Lots of selection too.

I was very happy with the level of care I received from Dr. Duane Pettit. He was able to pick up a problem in my retina that was previously missed by two other optometrists over the last two years. He promptly referred me to a specialist for further evaluation. Im grateful to have consulted with this team.
