I bought a 2008 Pontiac g 6 from them and had issues with the car I called them a number of times got no where with them and so did my wife,I got in touch with there so called shop and talked to Matt,he said he would look into it and get back with me,hell thats been 3 months ago,I got screwed buying this car from them,car engine smokes tires keep going flat the key pad came with the car didnt even work properly for my vehicle,there is absolutely no warranty on any vehicle you buy from them,I would not recommend you buy a vehicle from them and stay clear from any of there lots my rate on them is a flat 0,they will keep making excuses up when u call them for repairs,I was even told by there shop they really dont have one,there cars come car auctions so beware if your looking on buying a car from them,Ive had enough of there excuses,in making a report to the BBB and to the Attorney generals office on them,I repeat dont buy from Columbus auto resale,they only care about how many cars they can sell and dont care about there customers at all,I got screwed over by them stay clear I spent over 9,000 for a trouble issue car,I will never deal with them ever again.the CD player never worked either,never got fixed either,I think they buy them straight to there lot without checking them out,I told them alot of these issues nothing ever got resolved on my car,again dont buy aunt from them.

We bought a car from this dealership about two months ago, and on the test drive, we noticed some knocking in the front wheel well. We told the man before buying the car and he gave us an IOU, to go to the shop next door, 3-c Auto or something like that. They checked our car, and told us that the knocking was caused by excess snow in the wheel well, the knocking stopped, so we believed them. A week later it starts again, and we call them back. They are very courteous and come and pick up the car, this time, they say there was a nail in the tire, causing slow leak, making the knocking. Well, needless to say, we had to call again three weeks later, and drop our car off. However, this time our front struts are bad, but they wont help us since its past our thirty days. We also now need new breaks and rotors, but didnt three weeks before that. They tried refusing service but after explaining that we had complained before buying the car, they reluctantly, and rather rudely, agreed to fix them. Dont buy from this dealership without going to A DIFFERENT car shop to get it checked. They are working together to scam people, guaranteed.

Dow was amazing and fast I will definitely be going back there in the future when I want a new car we got a 2012 Chevy Cruze with under 50,000 miles on it and absolutely love it the car is amazing I had bought a Ford Focus 7 days earlier for my wife to drive back and forth to work and 7 days after I purchased it from another car lot the master cylinder went out I was not pleased at all and all they would do was nothing to help us whatsoever we called Dow and explained our situation and we were able to trade the car in with some cash down and walked out with a truly amazing vehicle that is everything they promised I would not go anywhere else I highly recommend this dealership to anyone family friends exedra they really are amazing and honest and fast and will work with you. Thank you guys again for everything you did for us sincerely the Rhodes family

This place is very reputable. I saw a convertible reasonably priced. When i called it was gone. They had two other cars they had just gotten in and they held them for me. Tanner was my sales person. He was very courteous, professional and helpful. I got a 2004 jeep liberty. I later checked the car on kelly blue book and i got the car for what it is actually appraised at. That never happens. You always seem to pay more than what the car is actually worth. I would recommend anyone to go here. Good cars for people that need help. Im a single dad so i didnt have many options. They were negotiable with price and i now have a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to work so i can get on with life. Thanks so much columbus auto resale and a big thanks to Tanner. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima recently, one of the best car shopping experiences Ive ever had! The staff, as well as the Finance Manager were very knowledgeable, as well as friendly, made you feel at home while car hunting, no pressure to buy, and worked with me to give me the best possible experience with my purchase. My family has bought a number of vehicles from this particular car lot, and we will continue to as well. I want to personally thank Nick the salesman and Mike the Finance Manager, if all car lots could run their business as this one does, maybe more folks would have a outstanding experience much like I did. I highly recommend this establishment, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car at an affordable price.

Had total faith in this place. My salesman Dow was nice (at first) and helped me get into my first car. After having it the vehicle for 3 days, my check engine came on and there was already water leaking into the vehicle whenever it rains. Called to have them fix it and was told that i had to wait 3 weeks because the "mechanic" was backed up. Next a few days later, i started having a front tire issue. it ended up that my wheel bearing was bad so i had them tow it and to get it fixed. Three weeks later after he supposedly fixed all of that, my check engine light still came back on and there is still leakage into my car. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They are lowsy, shady folks ripping people off.

I have tried for 2 years to get a truck, like many I have gone through credit issues and was denied everywhere that said approval guaranteed, I gave up. My truck was 18 yrs old and I needed a new ride. I finally had a day off and went in, Tanner greeted us in the lot, no pushing, totally helpful and after a couple of test drives chose a truck with way more than I thought I could get, actually I figured another denial. Kelly the finance manager got me approved on a great truck and Tanner shopped me auto insurance and got me a great rate on low deductible full coverage even cheaper than the liability I had on the old truck. Thank you Tanner and Kelly, great cars and staff.

If this is not your first stop when looking for a car, well it should be. I wish it was the first place I went to, but now I know where to begin the next time I am in need of a car. The employees there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. I walked in and was immediately offered assistance. After test driving the truck they asked if I was interested, but did not pressure me into buying. I fell in love with the truck and decided I would take it. They really helped me out and I feel like I got a great deal! Chris and Kelly answered all of my questions and talked me through everything. If I buy another car in the future, I definitely plan on going to them.
