Last night I removed my personal items from my car. 2 years after buying this car from Roush Honda and trying to fix the multitude of serious problems has finally revealed that the car cannot be fixed, specifically, the front brakes. We now know that the car was in a serious accident and was improperly repaired and in one particular instance cannot be repaired. The front portion of the frame is bent just enough that the front brakes cannot properly function causing the calipers to drag and overheat the wheels to over 400 degrees. We know the drivers side and other areas of the vehicle had been painted very recently. We are looking into representation to fight this but the truth is of course that it would be very expensive to go this route and we just dont have the means to do so at present. Justice is, of course, only for those who can afford it, which leaves most Americans without recourse in similar situations. What bothers me the most is that I am only a few years after my cancer diagnosis, I survived it but not by much. I have managed to live 5 years beyond this but reality dictates that the odds are against me like most post cancer patients. Most post cancer patients will quite unfortunately find that it has returned down the road and I of course am no exception in this likely scenario. I am supposed to be trying to enjoy my life as much as I am able and this event has taken away my independence and set me back badly. After wasting thousands of dollars I have no car, no transportation, and have no means to replace it for another one. I have a Harley motorcycle up for sale to try and offset the thousands of dollars I have lost but will only bring a few thousand if it sells at all. What Roush Honda has done to my family shouldnt have happened. I have been left with a scenario of having to start from scratch and begin the process of clawing my way out of this and I just dont know how or if I will be able to do it. Im not sure what I believe in anymore. All I see is Americans screwing Americans anymore and that good people tend to have nothing and bad folks seem to be thriving all the while walking over the good folks. I dont believe in this country anymore as all the good things about it are long gone. Corruption is the new standard and anyone who doesnt subscribe to this ideology is left out with little or nothing. There is nothing to protect average people from criminals like this anymore so of course fraud and screwing people is rampant nowadays. To the salesman who sold me this, Don Emery, I hope you and your family are doing well from your commissions from screwing good people as you did me. You have left my family with a major problem that will most likely take a few years to recover from. The car will have to be sold for parts only at this point which wont bring much as one can imagine. I am asking for help from any readers who might be outraged by this. I am asking for people to repost this as much as possible since there is little recourse for us at this point. I am asking that people repost, call, email, or post reviews to the Roush Used Car Store in Westerville, Ohio to complain or offer your opinions on the matter. Im a 48 year old cancer survivor who now has no car and I just dont know when or if I will be able to get another one. I give credit to my mom over in Indiana, without her good family genes I probably wouldnt have lasted as long as I have. Thanks for reading.

Overpriced and rude manager, who lied to me not once, not twice, but three times while I was talking to him. The manager explained their higher price by saying they service all their cars better than any other dealer in town and the particular car I was looking at cost him over $1,700 in repairs. Guess what: your salesman already told me it was $1,000. He got the invoice out and sure enough clearly printed was $1,000. His response: oh that was "inflated". that literally makes no sense? Just because Im 25 doesnt mean Im an idiot and you can talk down to me like Im a child. Second: I asked if there was a discount for paying cash in which he went on to laugh in my face and told me it was illegal to charge two different prices. What?? I look it up online and its a common lie by used car dealers. Finally, when I was showing him comparable cars with less miles that cost less, he made some bull crap story that less miles is actually not as good because it means the car sat too much. I can see if your talking about a car thats sat for 30 years but 2008 vehicles with 60k miles. Really? You must think I am a complete moron. Buyer beware!! I feel sorry for Don who was helping me. He was very helpful. Unfortunate his manager comes over and treats people like they are dumb and tried to take advantage of them. I was just trying to get to a price competitive with the market but you lost mine and my wifes trust and will not be back. Went to Lindsay Honda instead. Much better prices and great service.

The dude with the floppy hat, you suck! He was sooo rude! Vince, I believe is his name. I am an owner of a Honda. I love Hondas and only want a Honda. My car broke down in his parking lot. (Battery died) I was trying to get to an auto place. I pulled in with my friend behind me. I told him it broke down, hes response was "We dont do serves." First off I was NOT asking for serves. I just needed to jump my car.... So I went next door to Midas and they were amazing!!! Did not hesitate! Helped me right away! Only thing is, I had to get my car to them. So I walked in to Honda and asked this really nice guy name Dave if they would be okay with me jumping my car. He was super nice and said of course. (Dave you rock!) While jumping my car for not even 5min Vince comes out and gives attitude. HE took the jumper cords off my car and told me to move my car! Where?? My car wont move. My friend and I got so pissed off I left, hoping that my car would make it next door. Bottom line very poor costumer serves on his part! I WAS going to get a car there. But thank you Vince for showing me that not everyone is compassionate. My advice if you go there ask for Dave! NOT Vince...

I just had the ultimate buying experience at Roush! Our sales consultant, Jeff Kiehle, was amazing - he did everything right! First, he spoke to us by phone, then researched his inventory to find some good choices for us prior to the time we came in. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly, had a great selection to show us all ready to go, and he stayed in our price range so we didnt feel pressured to buy something beyond our budget. He was unfailingly gracious and knowledgeable - so much so that there was no need to shop around further. We ended up with a beautiful, reliable and very reasonably priced new car - and a new friend in Jeff! If you want to be treated right, then Jeff - and Roush - are the place for you! They really are the best. :)
