I was in the market for a new vehicle, and really wanted a jeep. I had done some research online and found a few at different dealers. Tyme from this location e mailed me asking what I was looking for and that he could help me find it. While I was test driving with another dealership in Dublin, Tyme called and asked if I was still planning to come to them - when I told him the deal the other dealership was offering he simply said "we can beat that". - This dealership did beat them, with the deal on the jeep and how I was treated. I didnt feel that I was being intimidated into buying a vehicle, or that I was not allowed to say no. I worked with Tyme from the used vehicle side, and Dustin from the new vehicle lot. Any question I had was answered by one or both, if they didnt have the answer they found it. I was able to get a great trade in offer on my vehicle, and walk out with a brand new 2016 jeep cherokee with the features I wanted on it at a reasonable payment. I will absolutely be going back to this dealer when its time for something else.

I was looking for a car I needed a car bad , so I decided to go to bob caldwell I wasnt expecting to ride off the lot the same day but big John was very nice and made my car experience the best he was so understanding and helpful, that I bought my sister and friend back to get a car and she drove home in a new car that was my first stop and last all the guys was great I would recommend anyone to go to bob caldwell big John is a good car salesman very friendly.....thanks bob caldwell

At first I was in great doubt that these people could put me in a car with my credit, and then I gave Mr. Palmer a try and Lord behold he did exactly what he said he was put me in a great car, worked overtime to do it until it was done! Big John treated me as I assume he treats every human being he comes across - with dignity, respect, and class. He truly made the car buying experience a great one.
