Even though my vehicle was running satisfactory when I picked it up the communication was extremely disappointing from this dealership. I made an appointment at 9 am on Thursday and when I brought it in I was asked if I was going to wait... when I said "no I was leaving" I feel like that was an Ok for them to make my vehicle a lower priority. I made an appointment because I needed it worked on quickly. It took them over 6 hours to diagnose my vehicle. I received the call at 3:28 pm. At this point I was told the 4 items theyd be doing to try to fix the rough idle.... spark plug change, new mass airflow sensor, cleaning the after market air filter and closing a vacuum leak and that it wouldnt be ready for pickup that day. On the 2nd day, friday, I waited until 4:30 pm to call since I hadnt received a call from my service adviser. I was transferred to his voicemail so I left a message. At 5:30 with no call back I called again because I was on my way to pick up my vehicle only to be told the service adviser had been out sick and that is why no one had called me back. At that point I asked if they could tell me what was going on with my vehicle only to be told that my vehicle wasnt ready yet and that the technician assigned to my vehicle had left for the day and was not scheduled to work Saturday. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently they were already gone for the day. Needless to say I was livid. The poor cashier had to hear me rant about this. I think it is unforgivable that no one contacted me about my vehicle when the assigned service technician was "out sick". I told her to have someone call me Saturday and let me know what is going on and questioned why someone else could not work on my vehicle Saturday. On Saturday I got a call back and it began again with an apology that my service adviser was "out sick". That statement just rubs me completely wrong. I am not even upset my truck wasnt ready friday but the lack of communication. I do not accept that someone being "out sick" as a valid excuse and cant imagine that all the vehicles he was assigned to just sit and wait until he returns. I was told that my the next step was my service adviser calling me and discussing what further item it may need but was told that it is running alot better than it initially was. I asked if I could pick it up then and was told yes... so I told him I was on my way. When I arrived 30 minutes later I had to wait almost another 30 minutes for them to get the invoice ready... The whole experience was very disappointing especially since I had read reviews online to pick a dealership that had good reviews.

I have had a decent experience with this company. I set up a time to come look at a Chevy Equinox, and when I got there the car was completely torn apart, with no heat/radio/power anything. As we started the test drive the car started to make a funny noise, and I refused to finish the test drive. I was told I would receive a phone call when the car was fixed completely and put back together. I never did. A few weeks go buy and I get a call asking how much I am enjoying my new Equinox, which I had found out was sold to someone else a few days after I drove it. Finally, in March, I have found a car that interests me again, and I go in to go and look at it. Everything went well, the car ran well, and I ended up taking it home, and coming back the next day to sign papers. I was so happy to of bought my first car. Until 5 days go buy, and the car doesnt shift, the check engine light comes on, the traction control goes in and out, and the front tire well makes a funny sound. I call and get an appointment in for 3 days out, lucky me it was on the one week anniversary that I got the car. I drop it off on a Tuesday, and was told it should be fixed by Wednesday, so they will not be giving me a rental car. Days go by, and finally on Friday I call, and they do offer me a rental car since my car was not done yet. It ended up being finished on a Saturday, and I picked it up on Monday (since they were closed on Sunday). I did another test drive with the car to make sure that everything was going the way that it is supposed to, and it did. I take it home, and another 5-7 days go by and the noise comes back. I called today and no one had answered, but I didnt leave a message, as I decided to wait for my sales guy (Eric) who has done a great job making me feel like he is trying to help me in every way possible. I will call tomorrow to try for the second time to get this problem fixed. I am giving the 2 stars mostly to my sales guy, and when the problem is fully resolved I have no problem updating my review with how it ends, along with changing my rating! UPDATE: I took my car to another place to get fixed, only to find out my car was NOT fixed the way it was supposed to. Why on earth would you only fix 1 strut, and not all of them? I am now paying cash out of pocket to get my car fixed properly. My sales associate was great, however the managers arent much help with anything. Not sure if I would go back again after having to get my car fixed a THIRD time. Its too bad it couldnt be fixed properly the first time.

Dealer agreed to match another dealers price on a vehicle, then would not return calls. Showed up on the last day the price would have been good at the other dealer and went through a "Bill of Sale" on a dealer trade to get the vehicle I wanted. Called the day I was supposed to pick up our new vehicle, and found out the other dealer had sold the vehicle and they were trying to find another one for us. Well another day passed and no call from the dealer, so I called in asking for a manager. The manager was somewhat rude in that saying the price I was getting was already too good that I wasnt giving them financing or a trade (attempted a trade they offered $1k on a kbb valued vehicle trade-in value of $2.5k). He insisted his guys are usually good. At this point he said they already made a deal on getting me another vehicle from another dealer, but didnt have one of the options I had on the previous deal, so I wanted him to find at least the same options I already had on it. He said hed personally take over finding another vehicle for me, at this point, I didnt hear back within 2-3 days that they were open. Id never bother with the dealership again. They will only take care of you if they are making money. If youre getting a good deal they pretty much dont care. I have since purchased from a non-chevrolet competitor. And in response to the Owners comment, where this went bad for us, was NOT that you didnt have the vehicle in stock and another dealer backed out of the deal. It was the lack of communication and the attitude that was taken towards us from your employees. It should not take me calling the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle to find out another dealer backed out of the trade and you werent going to have it for us that day. Its only common courtesy that your sales staff would call and let us know that happened. Additionally, when a sales manager states hes personally going to take over finding you the car and will let you know when they have found it, it should not take me calling back to say I am going to buy another vehicle 3 dayslater to find out, hey we found you another vehicle that matched your needs. And to top it off the fact that one of your sales people admitted to hiding from us when we were there to take another look at the vehicle prior to placing the order for it, leaves an overall bad taste in your mouth.
