When I tell you I had the best experience at this dealership. The awesome feeling I could not describe to you in enough words. Jim the salesman was such a wonderful person to sit down with and he made the sales part of the buying experience such a pleasant & enjoyable moment. I have always had this bad idea that salesman would sell you anything just to get a commission. But that was not the case. It was like sitting down with someone that understood what I wanted & not what they warned to put me in. Not too mention I was Jims 1st sale. Jeremy the Manager was a pleasure to meet as well. Marty the party finance guy. He had my husband & I laughing the entire time we were there. I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership. They were a great group of people to buy a car from. Thanks to everyone who made my experience a lasting impression...

My wife and I originally travelled to Coughlin of Circleville Ohio from Bloomington Indiana to look at a used vehicle. After seeing the incentives on the 2015 Ford F-150, we decided to go in that direction. Michael Knight was my point of contact at the dealership and he was very accomadating with the change. Michael and all the staff were very friendly and were not pushy in any way. When the deal was complete, we were after hours at the dealership and it never seemed as we were over staying our welcome. All the staff was very friendly and not at all like "the average dealership", when you only feel like your a number and money in their pocket! We are very happy with our new Ford F-150 and wouldnt change a thing. Thank you Michael and all the staff that assisted us with our purchase, it was a pleasure!

Been to many Ford dealerships in my 40 years of being and buying the Ford brand. This dealership is the worst I seen. Customer service in the service department was poor. The entire visit was a nightmare. They could not even send me to the right spot to brake a $20 bill. Restrooms for men out of order. No shuttle service. The service area out of date. Need 2 guys to get my truck through the door. No activity for little kids. Small seating for guest to wait. Place is an embarrassment to have the Ford brand. I would go to a Toyota dealership before I go back.

The worst. First I was told didnt need a down payment, then I was told I did need one. So I got the down payment and was still told no on the used car I was wanting. At the very end I was told I should get a new car which was out of the range per month I wanted to pay. All that is not even the worst part, everytime I found out something new they never called me. Its was me going to the dealership over the course of a week. Would not recommend to anyone.

The carpet of my new truck was wet. The tech found the problem was a loose vent that was not secured properly from the factory. The problem was corrected in a very timely manner. The service writer was courteous and friendly.
